Super accueil, le personnel est très prévenant et fais de son mieux pour nous aider. L'hotel propose un service de takkyubin bien pratique. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu droit à une glace de bienvenue, très appréciée avec les fortes chaleur du mois de juin.

酒店本身並沒有任何設施，基本上活動範圍就在房間，但房間挺大，不是太大問題。設計上非常有心思，房間和浴室甚至有背景音樂，亦有歡迎茶點。但如果想選擇房間可能要早點到，我們到的時候5點多6點已經沒有選擇了，只剩下前台對面的雙人房，但不得不說，可能亦因酒店位置緣故，非常幽靜，配上鳥語花香的音樂另有一番感受。位於住宅區之中的位置有好有壞，壞處便是非常不方便，附近亦沒有便利商店，超市之類，最近的超市要走10分鐘，天氣冷的時候還是挺大風的，不太好受，而附近的公共交通站點最近亦要10分鐘，地鐵要差不多15分鐘，太多行李又沒有車的話不建議大家來入住，或者可以找方法存放一下行李先再來。

酒店在一條安靜的小巷裡，去京都御苑走路即可，去二條城也是走着就到了。酒店員工十分友好，入住前往來許多郵件幫忙預訂晚餐，贊一個。出門、進門前台都會打招呼、問好。在日本來説房間極大，衞生間裏有巨大的浴缸。日式早餐豐盛，一定要預訂早餐。

酒店就是家庭旅館的房間，一共三層樓，沒有電梯。需要自己把行李搬下樓。走了一天，回到酒店還要爬樓梯實在是累！不適合有老年人或者孩子出行的家庭。這一點真的很勸退！但是酒店的服務不錯，房間也比較寬敞，距離市區較遠。
