The location is perfect in front of Saga Station on the trolley train. I walk a little to Togetsu Bridge, but there are bamboo forests, Tenryuji Temple, and various shops along the way, so it's not boring. The front desk was very friendly and the facilities and services were good. The morning and evening meals are tailored at the restaurant immediately after leaving the entrance. There was a little more ... due to the response of the waiter, but it was generally good. It was very good to be willing to use the parking lot even after checking out.

The second stop on this trip to Japan is Kyoto~ Because I had a good stay in Osaka, I also chose a B&B of the brand #花庄# this time! It’s really a bit beyond the budget ~ The location is very advantageous. The street downstairs is full of various snack bars, a convenience store is 1 minute away, and the subway station is 3 minutes away. You can go to Kyoto’s main attractions in two or three places! ! The room is super big, with 2 beds🛏️, one of which has a sofa bed that can be pulled out! Especially suitable for parent-child or family travel# The most important thing is that all facilities and equipment are available! Refrigerator, microwave, tableware, kitchen utensils! It completely satisfies the Chinese stomach. You can easily make something to eat overseas. I bought apples for my children to eat. I didn’t know what to do at first. When I opened the cupboard, I didn’t expect that the hotel should be equipped with a paring knife and a fruit knife. I was touched by the thoughtful details. Arrive~ There is also a washing machine! ! ! You can take care of your clothes for the trip in one go! And there is warm air in the bathroom to dry clothes~you can pack them the next day! It really couldn't be more perfect! I was pleasantly surprised! Recommend ~

I stayed in a western-style double room. The hotel is in a beautiful area convenient to Arashiyama Park and the bamboo way. It’s a short walk to Arashiyama station. On check in most of the front end staff spoke English and explained the hotel with some hotel literature in English. If meals are included they are served at the in house restaurant. The front end staff will provide a ticket and reservation window for you to show up and you claim new tickets each day you are entitled to a meal. Unfortunately most of the restaurant staff did not speak any English and the menus are in Japanese so those with limited Japanese may have some difficulty. Meals are kaiseki-style and I really enjoyed dinner on both nights I stayed. Breakfast consists of a combination of Japanese served dishes and buffet. The room was a good size for Japan and includes a private shower for those who don’t wish to venture to the onsen. The public bath was standard to most public baths I’ve been to. What was strange was I couldn’t find a thermostat of any sort so my only options were warm a/c or open window. There’s a small garden in the middle of the hotel however it’s nothing special when compared to the surrounding areas which are definitely worth a stroll through. Note that they have large size yukata if the standard does not fit. I am 183cm/6 ft tall and I appreciated the staff being proactive about offering the large size. Considering the price I paid for the room and half board I had a good time. Arashiyama is definitely worth a night or 2 for visitors and I would definitely consider Ranzan for the budget-minded traveler looking for a ryokan experience in Arashiyama.

Advantages: The hotel service is good, the waiter is very welcoming, because we hang up the do not disturb, did not clean the room, and will send the changing supplies at night. In the morning, I will call to remind you of breakfast. The room size is not small. The overall cost performance is generally the same. Important note: JR Arashiyama Station will take 15 to 20 minutes to walk, so it is very conspicuous on the east-west main road. The hotel has a pick-up shuttle at JR North Exit of the mountain at 16:00, we did not catch up. The nearest bus stop is the one in my picture. There is a timetable on the stop sign. It is best to take a photo and arrange the trip. There is also a shuttle bus to JR Lushan in the morning, and there is a timetable in the room. Breakfast is a fixed meal, there are only two package options, the amount is small and not very tasty. The hotel has no affiliate facilities, and the hardware is barely a Samsung-level configuration.

The hotel is a 5 minute (with luggage) walk away from the Saga Arashiyama station. While it is relatively quiet around the hotel itself it is only a 10 minute walk to the main street in Arashiyama. It was very convenient for us to get to the main sights every day. Due to it's great location, we manage to arrive at the bamboo forest by 730am before the huge crowds arrived. We stayed in the annex room and it was wonderful, as it felt like we had a little corner house all to ourselves. The room was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Nespresso coffee was also served in the room. The hotel was also kind enough to leave us a little Japanese souvenir (cloth and coin purse) in the room. If you are looking for a base to explore Arashiyama, we highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

After a long time of review, Hongye Jiwei ran to the mountains of Kyoto, Kaohsiung Shenhu Kaohsiung Mountain is extremely clean. Except for the hotel guests and a few climbers, there are basically no people seen. Compared to the urban area, the red leaves are basically fallen, but the scene of the mountains and the fallen leaves is also very wonderful. The hotel is traditional and old-fashioned with one night and two food. The dinner is very delicious. Although the breakfast tastes average, the details are meticulous and there is nothing to be picky about. After all, the room was renovated during the Showa period, aside from the history, it is a bit old, but it is also a good experience. The female generals and mother-in-laws are very kind, they will help you make tea and serve refreshments when you check in, and will briefly introduce the dishes when they are served. I can hear the gurgling sound of the stream at night. I think I will come to Kyoto as a fond memory that I have never had many times.
