Hotel was fine.. Lived up to the expectations of the 3 star. However, the location is awful and derelict.. It mentions beautiful harbour.. i have uploaded photos of the harbour and surrounding areas.

Kyparissia in October is quiet but we enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff and well appointed hotel. Kyparissia had nice restaurants- we enjoyed Ammos on the beach for fish and cocktails. Would recommend.

Such a friendly hotel with warm hearted staff doing their utmost to make a great experience. Spotlessly clean and v comfortable, with good bar snacks. Lots of variety for breakfast. In a quiet street close to a working harbour don’t expect to see playboys and yachts here but fishermen landing their catch and giant turtles! A short walk uphill to the town’s square which has lots of bars. Just before you get to the square on the opposite side of the rd is a great restaurant with external tables and v gvfm with starter, main course and a ltr carafe of wine costing 29 euros for 2 of us. Old Kaprissa at the top of the hill near the Castle is well worth a visit and has great views and good selection of restaurants but you need a taxi at 7 euros one way. Would highly recommend this hotel

Wonderful stay! We stayed for four days and will definitely be returning soon. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with warm smiles, and everyone was eager to guide us so that we could make the most of our experience in the area. The breakfast was excellent, featuring genuine Greek products – yoghurt (much better than what we get as “Greek yoghurt” back home!), local delicacies, traditional treats, and fresh regional fruit – a true taste of the Mediterranean diet. Everything was spotless, both the communal areas and the rooms, and you could really feel the care and attention of the staff. We were especially impressed by the bar – everything was very reasonably priced compared to what we pay back home – from beers and cocktails to the delicious food. We travelled around Messinia for twenty days, and Kyparissia Beach was by far the best place we stayed. The staff truly made the difference and showed us the true meaning of Greek hospitality. First of all a big thankyou to all the lovely staff for the excellent stay at your great hotel. You made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food and drink was excellent. Amenities were close by, the square, the castle, the old town and a lovely quiet beach. The free wifi was excellent, the room was great and cleaned daily and couldn't fault this hotel. Hopefully will be back soon.

What a lovely,friendly family run hotel, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day and changed every 2 days. The food and drinks were very reasonably priced, the food was very nice. The area around the hotel is quiet which is what we wanted but there are restaurants a short walk away and the old town is well worth a trip for a €5 taxi ride which the hotel will book for you. All in all a very relaxing break

Where do I start ..... From check in to check out you couldn't have asked for more from the staff. The owner went out of his way to introduce himself and check everything was ok for us. Attentive staff who made sure you were looked after and made you feel at home. The holiday rep for the hotel was super friendly and helpful too. Our only negative was the sunbeds, not really enough at times so it was sometimes a battle to get one. We ate at the hotel a couple of times and enjoyed the food. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and daily room service was thorough with bedding and towels being changed every 2 days. Definitely the standout for us though were the staff, I've never left a hotel before and been hugged by everyone but that's the family feel you get from this place!

Stayed at Kyparissia Beach for 2 weeks in August with my wife and two teenage sons staying in a family suite. The room was fine with tvs in both room, wifi and air con which worked whilst in the room. We had bed and breakfast but didnt really do breakfast most days, it was continental type with pastries, eggs, ham, yogurts and some hot greek dishes too. The best thing about this place is that it feels homely and peaceful with staff doing everything they can for you from car rentals and advice on trips to information on local turtles in the harbour and beaches! We had a great time, it is clean and well maintained and the owners care about your visit, even getting a gift of olive oil when we left! It felt like visiting family rather than going to a hotel at times. Apostolis was amazing with us and spoke great English and had great banter with my kids which made our holiday. Meals at the hotel is great and served 2pm until 10pm, with pizza to pasta and other greek dishes. Lots of restraunts locally all very reasonably priced too. Would go back and thank you 😊

Really enjoyed our time here. I went with my daughter. The hotel was extremely clean and cane up to the exacting standards of a germaphobe (my daughter!) the staff at the hotel were all lovely. The waiters and waitresses., housekeeping and staff on reception were all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is lovely and there is an extensive choice- you can choose to sit and eat by the pool or not. The hotel kichen is open in tbe evening for food. The old Town is very atmospheric with great views ovsr the town. Well worth a trip. Worth booking in advance if you want to eat up there. The hotel booked our restaurant the first night and when we wanted to book again for the following night it was full. The square area in the lower town is nice to eat in as well or there are various restaurants by the beach. We just had a fly and flop holiday and if I came back to this hotel another time I would hire a car and explore the area as there is loads to see. There doesnt seem to be loads of sunbeds however there were always a couple available whenever we wanted one.

Hotel is clean welcoming and pretty. The staff are very friendly with a nice selection at breakfast. However a few things to take into account 1 - dogs are welcome at this hotel in the rooms and around the pool area 2 - rooms are air con but not if you like it very cool 3 - there are cats ( as per most Greek restaurants) 4 - the pool started crystal clear but did get a bit murky 5 - pool is open to anyone so gets busier in the late afternoons and weekends

Agree with other reviews - great friendly hotel, lovely room overlooking the sea and we saw turtles! Spent most of the time around the pool and snorkelling off the beach (very quiet, unmanaged beach to the right of the hotel). Lovely traditional restaurants close by. It was so good we have booked to go back in September - can't wait. Will hire a car next time for a few days to see surrounding area. If you want a taxi or anything - just ask at reception, they are so helpful.

This is not a relaxing stay. We’ve had dogs barking by the pool. Children splashing and shouting and listening to iPads even in quiet hours. Rooms are dark and a/c not working well. I Would book elsewhere. The good parts are that it is kept very clean and the staff work very hard. Issues seem to be with management

Just returned from a lovely break here -friendly staff who couldn't do enough for people, very clean. Comfortable decent sized rooms. Clean pool.usual continental breakfast. Only criticism is not many sunbeds but a lot of people go to the beach anyway so not a problem .thd main kyparissia beach is a short walk away sunbeds are 10 or 20 euros depending on which you use for 2 beds plus shade-but free if you eat or drink there .go to the beds in front of ammos-gorgeoux food Would highly recommend this hotel
