This stay was a very bad experience. The hotel has serious problems in many aspects. Chinese travelers are strongly advised to choose carefully! Poor service attitude: When leaving the hotel, most employees showed obvious impatience, especially to Asian guests. The front desk was perfunctory when checking in, and I was given a cold shoulder when asking basic questions in English, and was even interrupted. The facilities that were clearly included in the reservation were told to be paid extra after arriving at the hotel. When checking out, I was inexplicably charged a "cleaning surcharge", but the room itself was not particularly damaged. All charges were not notified in advance, suspected of defrauding consumers. When leaving, they said this is not China and something, and asked us not to come again.

The waiter's attitude is very nice. The facilities are complete. The kitchen supplies are complete and clean. There is a comprehensive shopping mall within a 5-minute walk. You can buy ingredients to make your own Chinese food. The only problem is that the bed is too small. A family of four needs two people to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
