J’ai eu un peu froid et le chauffage même mis au maximum n’y a rien changer (malgré le bruit que cela faisait). Un oreille un peu trop dur, un autre franchement trop mou. Sinon le ménage est fait tous les jours et vraiment très très bien. Chapeau à Julia ‼️

We went to the hotel of Toulouse Nord Union, already there is no reception is a machine that accepts only the blue cards(I wonder how we do if our card and blocked?), Then to go back to the rooms you don't have our mobile phones next to the magnetic map, we were two to open a door, then we left and we got back between 21:15 and 21:30, We didn't find the portal code(which was below the ”facture”), then we went to get our business and there we discovered a dirty heating, a broken TV furniture, a blood task on the door of the toilet and shower, Then the unpleasant reception was asked to give him some information, and we were sending back to the shop. We don't even stay to sleep. The photos talk about it. Is the hygiene service already passed here? I really wonder it's a shame to pay €70.90 for that. There are other top-class hotels much better. We will never come back.

Affiché : Hôtel « rénové « : mais ….. Les peintures sont abîmées et salies : nombreux insectes volants éclatés au plafond et aux murs … Chambre : lits non faits , Le plus gênant c’est le manque de ménage : déchets sous le lit ; interrupteurs, poignée de porte , digicode qui collent Climatisation : ne fonctionnait pas Forte odeur de cigarette Extérieurs sales : déchets, mégots … Les portes se referment en claquant bruyamment. Points forts : pas cher ! Assez bien situé ( proche de Toulouse ) Accueil du matin et du soir par personne sympa Un conseil pour les gérants : installer des moustiquaires, laver les peintures , nettoyer les chambres de fond en comble et les extérieurs !
