We are driving , to us this hotel suites us , Very happy to stay there , room big and very comfortable.

a little far from center but very good hotel ! loved the sauna and the restaurant

Séjour agréable, endroit très sympa avec la piscine. Le seul problème c'est que nous avons pas beaucoup dormi car nous avions des personnes à l'étage du dessus qui faisaient que de claquer les portes. 

Pleasant stay, very nice place with the swimming pool. The only problem is that we didn't get much sleep because we had people upstairs who were just slamming the doors.

酒店位置比較偏僻，要不是公司指定肯定不會選擇，附近就是荒郊，沒有餐館，用餐衹能在酒店。不過房間還是很大的，床也很軟和，停車場很大，還有不少Tesla充電樁

hôtel envahi de fourmis. Impossible à dormir car plusieurs fourmis présent dans le lit.
Le porte savon était cassé, le porte pomme de douche cassé. 
Pour un 4 étoiles ce n'est pas tolérable, surtout en terme de propreté.
Certain transats pour la piscine étaient détissés. 
A 16h notre chambre n'était pas disponible, nous étions pas seul dans ce cas.

I absolutely would not recommend this hotel for anyone! We stayed at this hotel recently and were disgusted with the conditions! The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms grout was yellow and dirty with poo on the wall next to toilet. After a long travel and 44 degree heat when we checked in the hotel took 300 euros from our card, in their words to pay for ”damages”. I disputed this as I didn't agree with such a large amount being taken for a security deposit. They told me it would be refunded on check out and the receptionist was rude and did not care. This amount was not for charges to the room as when I checked out I had to pay for a coffee and taxes separate on top of the deposit! When we checked out they would not refund the money and I had to stand and argue with the rude reception staff for 30 minutes before they would refund in front of me. When we went to the room, the air con was broken and the thermostat to change the temperature was damaged with all the buttons broken out. If they are taking £300 for damages this should have been fixed and the room should not have been allowed to have people stay in it. When I complained they took about 3 hours to change our room and then instead of giving me the keys gave the keys to my son who had no idea what was happening so didn't tell me about it! I questioned them as to why they were giving the keys to a child and not an adult and they were rude and did not care. When we moved rooms the room was dirty too and there was an ant infestation. All night and the next morning we were killing ants and found them crawling over our clothes and belongings and then found ant powder all over the floor. clearing the hotel has an ant infestation that they already know about so we shouldn't have been put in that room and also I then had to keep my1 year old baby away from the dangerous chemicals! This is disgusting and the hotel should be removed from sale!!

We had a great experience at this hotel. Outdoor pool area is perfect! Hotel reception staff were very helpful and polite! A lovely restaurant and bar area to sit, drink service was a little slow but not an issue.   Rooms were clean and a very good size for travelling with a family, good travel cot provided and beds were very comfortable. A bath in the family room is always a bonus for young children!    all in all a lovely stay!
