It's not bad, for example, the room is big, the restaurant is delicious, and the location is convenient. The mini bar is free.
Disadvantages: The hotel is very big and it's all up and down to go around, it's really tiring. The pool was crowded and the atmosphere was not too casual and a bit noisy. And there is no hot spring in this hotel. If you want to take a hot spring, you need to go to a special hotel.

One of the best hotels in Costa Rica. The rooms were all very spacious, amenities & services were great. The hotel is situated in a very great and lush area. We saw a lot of animals during our stay!

We hated to leave! The grounds are beautiful. Jurassic Park meets Disneyland (but authentic and so so clean). The staff is the defining point on why I would come back over and over again. Beyond friendly, professional and make you feel so welcome. Yerlin in the Ayla’s dining room has an infectious smile, every bellman greats you and is happy to help you figure out what to do next or drive the property looking for sloths (Blanco, Jason and Jack Danny to name a few but all are fabulous). The food is delicious- you could stay on property and not miss a beat! Treat yourself to the spa - best!!! Yes, already planning our next trip - it’s that good!

Generally - one of the best, if not the best hotel here. I recommend to stay here at least few nights. There are things which can be improved, but they are doing their best.

This hotel is a paradise!!! Starting with location and ending with staff and amenities. I have no words to describe the service we received with my husband at the hotel. Staff were going all the way to make our needs met. All three Nayara hotels are next to each other and you can use amenities of all of them. All three of them are behind beautiful. Restaurants have great food and service.
We are happy that we had an opportunity to stay at Nayara Gardens.
