Amazing place with all the bells and whistles - beautiful property and excellent facilities. Would stay again. The view from my room was the volcano and totally magical

The staff was exceptional.The staff went above and beyond. They gave us a complimentary dinner.

Worst resort to deal with. We had made reservations and pre paid for stay at the resort from 12/26/23-12/29/23. Due to sudden death of my mother on 12/2623 we had to cut our vacation short and return to the US. Despite providing them the paperwork from the hospital where my mother was taken, they refused to reimburse the money prepaid for the stay. I Will NEVER stay at he resort again and given their lack of professionalism would never recommend them to anyone. Dealing with them was worst possible experience for me.

The hotel is very spacious, and parking is conveniently available in front of the villas. The hotel boasts beautiful scenery; you can see the volcano from your room – it's magnificent. The hot springs are also very relaxing. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful; they even helped us find sloths. We saw them up close at the hotel entrance two days in a row, which was wonderful!
