The property expirience does not match pictures on *******.
We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on *******.it.
On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on *******..
Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty old and ugly..
So, it was discusting experience for us. One of the worst experince, in terms of online reservation, in my life.

Most of the amenities were shut no shuttle bus, managed to get a lift from the staff a couple of times but had to get taxis most of the time

From the photos it is much more beautiful while in real life …… Swimming pool ok and clean.
Very old fashioned structure.
There was not even a hairdryer in the room. I borrowed it at reception.
A shame.

Pessimo NON ANDATE. Avevo prenotato con la mia famiglia per 3 notti, non ne abbiamo fatta nemmeno una, siamo scappati. La casetta assegnata era sudicia, maleodorante e piena zeppa di zanzare. Ci hanno fatto pagare l'intero importo al check-in senza vedere prima la sistemazione e poi non ci hanno rimborsato neanche 1€. Nemmeno il bagno era in condizioni normali, l'acqua del lavandino risaliva dal sifone.

Per necessità abbiamo prenotato in questo posto. Ve lo sconsiglio, è pessimo. Molto sporco, puzzolente, trasandato, non funziona la tv, i muri tutti macchiati, vecchio, pieno di insetti, mal frequentato, personale scortese. Non tornerei per nessuna ragione al mondo.

Esperienza di un giorno ma sufficiente per accorgersi del personale efficiente e disponibile. Giusta qualità prezzo. Appartamento piccolo ma provvisto di ogni esigenza. Senza dubbio è un posto dove prenoterò qualora tornassi a Roma per avere tranquillità dopo una giornata impegnativa.

La camera non è come rappresentata in foto, sporca, mal tenuta. Il bagno rotto con lo scarico non funzionante, assenza di acqua calda e malgrado all'atto del nostro arrivo sia stai segnalato alla reception il problema e persistito per cui siamo andati via la mattina senza neanche esserci potuti lavare.

Un’ esperienza da dimenticare. Lo sconsiglio vivamente, dagli addebiti errati che fanno con il pos, per cui se non stai attento…ti dicono che ti fanno un buono per spenderli lì. Camere vecchie e fatiscenti, sporcizia a 1000, televisione inesistente. Mai più! Siete da evitare, povero a chi capita.
