Two-night stay for a girls weekend. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Check in was odd, we received an email for a pre-check in allowing for self checking once we got there. We couldn't figure out how to do it, there was a sign saying to scan our QR code "here" but no terminal or machine to actually scan anything and noboday at reception to help us. We had to wait 10+ minute for someone to show up and explain that there was in fact nowhere to scan the QR code as the check in terminal was broken. Room service was okay-ish, they made the beds but removed used towels and didn't bring new ones, we ended up short a few towels and they didn't replace coffee/creamers that had been used. We had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. Prices were great, food was good, service was EXCELLENT. Staff was super friendly, we had a great experience.
The river few from our room was amazing. Worth our stay.

Laminate floor disjointed and in poor condition.
They asked us to make reservations for the dining, but no one answers when we called

Beautiful property. When arriving at hotel. I was booked at the pavillon. Which was beautiful. However has to carry my luggage up the stairs.

First of all wasn’t aware that they did not clean room every day - was told it was only every 2 days. Was expecting bed to be made up and washroom cleaned. Had to request other towels. Phone in the room was not working. Chairs that were on balcony were of poor quality and 1 was even broken.

Because I Booked with *******. They would not allow me to change room. They put us in a room just above the trash compactor. The lit up sign and garbage cans. 6:00am garbage trucks beeping picking up the trash. Was not pleased.
