The reception could not find my reservation made directly with the hotel, to start. Then I could see from the confusion that they were about to give me an inferior room. I had to point out what I had reserved and I could see that when the manager came she did not greet me, did not even look at me, in fact seemed annoyed! Terrible reception! Two people + manager and not one of them was polite to me! Was it ageism? Racism? I’m Anglo from Ontario…but I speak French? They gave us the worst room! Also, they gave me no information…where is breakfast? What time is breakfast? Any other amenities? List of cable channels? On entering the room, only one chair on the balcony, so I called reception and was told I could get one there! When I called back the manager answered…then hung up on me! This is not the kind of treatment expected fro. The price we paid for the room. Horrid service
