Not what we had hoped for, we came years ago and had the best time, unfortunately the same cannot be said this time round. We arrived at 1 but we're unable to get to our rooms till 3:30, we were unaware check in is usually 5pm - therefore if you do go take swimwear in your hand luggage and wear suncream. The Nottingham cabins are WAY too small for a family of 5, theres not enough clothes storage, minimal floor space for suitcase which are needed as no storage, the Nottingham are also very outdated, the shower is either freezing or boiling, the air-conditioning in the bedroom had mould in it so was un usable, and there was a small leak under the bathroom sink, the milk pots were out of date and when I binned them we got more that were out of date. Day 4 my partner got D&V, the following night my 2 daughters and a friend from another cabin also got it, then I did, I can only assume its from the poor quality of food, they also closed part of the food restaurant (kids area) for the remainder of the holiday but when asked they said they were unaware of any sickness going around. My daughter was sick on the sofa bed (which is just a sofa without back cushions) at 4 pm we asked for a change of sheets so we could change it and i had to go back at 8.30pm to ask again as we still hadnt received any. The dinner hall and food van staff are beyond rude, they dont small nor engage in talk, they walk towards you with trolleys. The bar staff and pool bar staff were lovely, the lifeguards are amazing they are so on the ball, the entertainers are great and the buggy crew are lovely. The pools are beyond amazing albeit a touch too cold, and the activities for the children to do is soooo good. Its such a shame some of the staff, attention to detail and food quality let it down so greatly. I personally would avoid this place you can get somewhere better for the money youd spend here
Response from Property: Dear guest, First of all, we sincerely regret that your recent experience at our resort did not meet your expectations. Regarding the arrival time, please note that the official check-in time is from 5:00 pm, as communicated prior to arrival through official channels. However, whenever availability allows, we always try to provide earlier access to the cabins for our guests’ convenience. Concerning the Nottingham cabins, these correspond to a specific accommodation type with defined features, which are detailed at the time of booking. All cabins are inspected by our housekeeping and maintenance teams prior to guest arrival. Should any issue arise, guests can report it at reception for immediate review and resolution. In relation to food, it is a very personal matter and depends on each individual’s tastes and perceptions. We also have strict quality control procedures in all our restaurants, including menu testing by our management team, as well as daily and weekly health and safety checks to ensure food quality and safety standards. We regret any inconvenience regarding product replenishment or housekeeping service. Please note that we have an incident tracking system in place, ensuring that all requests made at reception are registered and attended to as quickly as possible. Regarding the staff behavior, we would like to highlight that our team is highly professional and committed to delivering the best possible service. Nevertheless, we take your comments into consideration as part of our continuous improvement process. We appreciate your positive remarks about our facilities, entertainment team, lifeguards, and bar staff, as they reflect the daily effort of our team. We are truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Kind regards, Magic Robin Hood Management team.

Absolutely shocking from start to finish. Paid for Ultra all inclusive, but restaurant was shut, separate que for bar was shut. Had a power cut with 4 children, wasn't given any torches or even checked if we was ok, was left on a corner with a 10 week old baby wrapped in my dressing gown till it was fixed, was offered separate accommodation but leave my other 3 children in a lodge on there own in the dark. Booked the spa and was insulted in front of other people to be asked was I pregnant, made a complaint manger rang and was laughing on the phone and repeated to ask me "well am I" I had a baby 10 weeks ago, completely rude. Was offered a food voucher for a package id already paid for, yet couldnt book as they was closed. There was no lighting outside my lodge going down the stairs and fell with the baby in my arms, complained about that then the lights suddenly came on. My son cut his finger open on a piece of metal under the unit where the bin is and needed stitches, screws was sticking out of the decking where the kids have no shoes on as they are coming out the hot tub, Hot tub is not exactly hot its more of a warm tub, it was dirty. Some staff was helpful especially Louisa from Jet2. I watched one lady in the buffet snatch a glass from a kids hand so he couldn't get a drink from the snack bar. Was suppose to have food trucks but they was closed from the Monday onwards. I was given a leaflet when I arrived on the Thursday which ran till Sunday then nothing after than, with all the changes on. Pizza service is a joke, the pizza was rock hard and absolutely freezing. Cabin was constantly full of flies, no matter how many you killed they kept coming back. Shower is main room was leaking. Had bites when sleeping aswell.
Response from Property: Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We have reviewed the points you mentioned and would like to offer some clarification based on our internal procedures and records. Regarding the Ultra All-Inclusive package, all services included operate with set schedules, which are available both on the resort app and on the information boards throughout the complex. During your stay, the restaurants and bars followed the programme established for those dates. Concerning the temporary power cut, the resort’s operational protocol was activated immediately by our technical team. When assistance is required, our reception team provides alternatives according to the needs of each family and the operational capacity at that time. With regard to the spa, questions related to pregnancy form part of our mandatory health and safety protocol and are asked to all guests without exception. Their purpose is solely to ensure the safety and suitability of the facilities. In reference to your son’s injury, all incidents reported by guests are recorded in our internal system, Hércules, which assigns them to the relevant team for review. Terraces, furnishings and wet areas undergo regular checks, and any element that may present a risk is repaired or removed as soon as it is detected. Regarding the jacuzzi, the units are subject to daily checks for temperature, filtration and water quality, in addition to automatic maintenance cycles. Any unusual observation can be reviewed during the stay by contacting reception. As for the food trucks and additional dining options, their availability depends on weekly scheduling and occupancy levels. This information is regularly updated on the resort app. Concerning insects, the resort follows a comprehensive pest control plan throughout the complex. If a guest experiences any inconvenience, additional treatment or inspection can be requested during the stay. Finally, any maintenance issues such as leaks or shower irregularities are reviewed promptly when reported to reception. Thank you again for sharing your comments. We continue working daily to offer our guests a pleasant and satisfactory experience. Kind regards, Magic Robin Hood

Honest review we loved our time here. Everywhere is clean and tidy there is staff constantly going around cleaning up and we have found every member of staff we have delt with are extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area is brilliant for the kids and we had no sunbed wars. The pool is well staffed and the slides operate on rotation between the flumes and the ones with the rubber rings. There is so much stuff for the kids to do we didnt even get through it all. We stayed in a sherwood lodge and it was a good size as a family of 6. We could fit the travel cot in the main bedroom. You can take drinks from the main bar back to your lodge and if you have the Ultra all inclusive they stock the mini fridge with beers and pop each morning. There is a wide range of drinks that are all branded and there are plenty of water depensors around the site to fill up water bottles although with the unlimited slushys the kids have just been having those! We have no issues with the buffet and my children and myself are fussy there was always plenty of options. If you want to go out into benidorm it's about €15 in a taxi each way The only down sides are that there is currently construction works going on which although mostly didnt bother us there was one morning when it woke us up. We had friends staying in a Nottingham lodges and they are extremely small and you cant get a travel cot in the main bedroom so I would say if your traveling with smaller children book a sherwood. If your having a late flight home the all inclusive stops at 12 and you can not go for lunch. You can pay however its really expensive at €35 per adult and €25 per child. I would say that is the only thing that lets the place down as we lost a day when we arrived. We will definitely book again as overall its been an amazing experience

We have just got back from a family holiday at The Magic Robin Hood Resort and it was the best holiday we have been on. There was 11 of us (5 adults and 6 kids aged 10,7,5,4,2 and 18 months). On arrival a staff member from Jet2 (english) met us and assisted with check in and explained everything about the hotel and what was included in the Ultra All Inclusive package (definitely recommend). Our rooms were ready and buggies were arranged to take us to our lodges, we had 3 which had been allocated next door to each other. I needed a travel cot which is an extra charge (8 euro per night) which was a little annoying but hey ho. The rooms were immaculate, plenty towels, toiletries, stocked mini bar including soft drinks, beer and sparkling wine. Kettle and microwave. Sitting area outside. One down fall is the doors dont lock on from the inside which was a pain with the kids but we made a make shift lock of our own which worked a treat. Day 1 - was a pool day, there is plenty sunbeds for everyone at the big pool, the pool is fantastic (water a little chilly but its to be expected in October, it didnt stop anyone getting in, we saw babies in too). Plenty choice, brilliant kids splash area, kids pool with slides, main pool with slides and main pool for swimming. Day 2 - we visited the zoo (entry included in UAI), we got taxis from outside the hotel which reception arrange however taxis come and go all day, you just stand and wait. It was a little bit difficult for us and we had to wait longer than smaller groups because we needed a 5 seater and a 6 seater but very reasonable prices and friendly drivers. The zoo is incredible, sooo much to do. Food isnt included but reasonable prices. Day 3 - water park day (entry included in UAI) it is fantastic, perfect for all ages, clean and staff all friendly. Food isnt included but reasonable price. Day 4 - pool day and at night we ate at the Italian restaurant, ill be honest the food wasnt great, quiet bland but not horrendous, it was a change from the buffet restaurant and also included in UAI so worth a try. We then went to the mini disco, the kids loved it. Day 5 - was a pool day and the foam party. This is brilliant, all kids can enjoy it. I was a little worried with our little ones but there was no need, they were safe and really enjoyed it too. At night we went to the medieval dinner show, highly recommend, so we'll organised, fantastic to watch, food isnt ideal for kids but we took them to the buffet before hand as the dinner show doesnt start till 8.30pm. They said we were not allowed buggies in but once we got in we realised a few families had got them in so we went back and got it which helped massively with our 18 month old. Day 6 - beach day, the best beach we have visited, lovely sandy beach, water was warm, lots of sunbeds (you pay 6euro per bed and 6 euro per umbrella). We booked lunch at the Magic Maui Beach club which is included in UAI the food was lovely and staff were friendly and he

Had a great time. We went over easter with 4 children and hardly saw them whilst they were enjoying the activities. The daytime entertainment was great with friendly and fun reps. The accommodation was fairly spacious and more than adequate and cleaned daily.

I’ll be completely honest to say that we arrived not expecting too much however from the minute we arrived this resort delivered in many ways. First of all we had booked a standard Nottingham lodge (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and small terrace) as we felt we likely wouldn’t spend much time in it. However we w re upgraded to a Lionheart Premium Lodge which was so spacious and included and outdoor bed and hot tub. I’m not a massive fan of buffet style restaurants so the Golden Arrow wasn’t really for me (however it was excellent for breakfast). We paid for ultra all inclusive which meant we could eat in the themed restaurants-the Italian one in particular we enjoyed. I also could order takeaway pizza to be delivered to our lodge. The kids pool was amazing, our son loved all the slides. There was plenty of entertainment during the day at the pool as well as in the evening. We booked to go to the medieval show which was fantastic. Only downside is you have to pay for drinks and it’s only beer or sangria, and there is no choice when it comes to the menu. My husband is vegetarian so couldn’t eat dinner as there was massive chicken leg plonked on his veg. The food at the show was quite greasy as well but it didn’t affect our night as we just ate after. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned each day and the mini fridge topped up. All in all a 10/10 resort, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Response from Property: Dear valued guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your stay. We are truly delighted to hear that, although you arrived without high expectations, your experience exceeded them and that you were able to enjoy aspects such as the complimentary upgrade to our Lionheart Premium Lodge, the spacious facilities, as well as the children’s pool and the daytime and evening entertainment. We are also pleased to know that you enjoyed our themed restaurants, especially the Italian one, as well as the option to order takeaway pizza delivered to your lodge. We greatly appreciate your kind words about our reception team and our daily housekeeping service, as these are areas we continuously strive to excel in. We sincerely regret the inconveniences you experienced during the medieval show, particularly regarding the drink options and the lack of suitable vegetarian alternatives. Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously, as it helps us identify areas for improvement and better adapt our services to meet all our guests’ needs. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future for another memorable stay. Kind regards, Magic Robin Hood

Great place for families of all ages, very clean site and cabins, all the staff were really friendly and helpful, food in general was good, plenty of options for all appetites, great selection of drinks, the water park was really good kids and adults loved it, evening entertainment was good, the only minor issue was that the cabin we stayed in (Sherwood) as a family of 5 was a bit cramped. Overall great experience highly recommend

We've just got back from a weeks stay at the magic robin hood we booked a lastminute-ish break for 2A 3C aged 12,10 and 5. We had read mixed reviews about it We went with the intention it was going to be hitty missy. **Tip** print off the hotel confirmation they need it on paper** Jet2 have there own reception Aswell. We arrived at around 12 mid-day sun was shinning, we checked in on the app which made things easier on arrival we were greeted by the loveliest of receptionist who give us all the information we needed and being UAI we got the tokens for the cups. we knew the room wouldn't be ready and we may have to wait till 17:00 and that was fine we checked our luggage into the luggage room which is under lock and key and waited for our message to let us know when the room was ready which was around 14:00 (advice pack a small bag with suncream towels and swimwear in an easy to grab for when you arrive saves unloading the contents of multiple suitcases) We went to the buffet typical Spanish all inclusive but caters really well for fussy beige kids We got the golf buggy with our cases to the room we stayed in the robin hood gardens. Lodge was spacious enough for us 5 only 2 wardrobes so not a lot of storage the lodge was really clean the 3rd bed was a sofa and wasn't made up but a quick chat with reception was sorted. Later that evening we realised there was no duvets for the kids again a quick message on the chat and someone was there with the 3 duvets. Couldn't fault the attentiveness and communication at all. With us being ultra all inclusive we ate at 3 of the Al a cartes and couldn't fault them at all. Food was nice we didn't go to the Spanish one as we didn't have the time. The facilities for the kids are great kept them busy in the sun and in the rain. Honestly the place was better then we expected and the branded drinks and unlimited Cruz campo and aperol spritz made it all worthwhile. And the unlimited Doritos and ready salted crisps and ice creams Entertainment was canny too the bar staff down to the gardeners maids cleaners all said olha everyone was dead friendly. The washing facilities was a hit for me so I could get 2 loads done before I come home. The use of the app and the bonus of the medieval show the zoo and the waterpark was amazing kids and grown ups all left happy great memories made and met some really nice people too. If I get a deal under 3k for a week ultra all inclusive for the 5 of us again I'd go back. ***TIPS*** Keep your cups the whole holiday take them back to your room wash them out and take them back the next day. Only need them through the day by the pool. Take euros for the arcades Use the shuttle to go to the magic rock gardens even if you just want to head to benidorm drops you next to the indoor market. Saved us paying for taxis both ways.

I have just cone back today. We did really enjoy the hotel there was lots to do for kids which was amazing but sadly we all got sick and it come across very much like food poisoning sadly. I got poorly on the tuesday, sickness and diarrhea (took a day to get over it). Saturday my mum then got poorly with food poisoning, sickness and diarrhea (she stayed in the lodge Saturday and sunday and didnt eat anything further and would only drink water). And then to top it of last night my 8 year old son with autism and adhd got sickness and diarrhea from 1.45am. We had to fly back today and it was a massive struggle for him but his done it. As much as loved how child friendly the hotel was i would defo not be coming back again because how poorly the food had made us. This wasnt just us either as we meet friends there and 4 of them also got food poisoning.
