Very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is close to the Malecón and it also has a nice view to the marina and its surroundings. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was busy and didn't have enough staff. Often, 3 people were working, trying to support the bar, coffee bar, and food. The staff was friendly, specifically Greg and Roberto - They were so amazing. Stefon, the Manager, was everywhere and very nice, but he had to do many jobs. It wasn't easy to get his attention when you needed something. The men who worked in the evening were not helpful and were almost dismissive. One's name was Samuel (something like that spelling), and the rudest, most dismissive, never wore a name tag or buttoned his shirt. The room was clean, and the service in the rooms was good. This hotel would not be my first choice the next time we visit La Paz

Enjoyed the stay with great breakfast. Felt safe staying in Hyatt franchise instead of unknown hotels. Great view of ocean. Only negative part is that their Starbucks coffee is nothing like in the State.

I just checked and I park my Mercedes Benz Up front and I ask is safe here. The answer is Yes !
I do not see security. The parking is next to the street and everyone can get to the car ! Will see tomorrow morning!!!

We have been coming to the Hyatt for years and what we love the most about our experience here is the service and accommodations… we see the efforts to keep the place up to date with all the commodities and amenities needed for people traveling… good work guys!
