Reviews of Casa Grande Suites

The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, the staff are warm and friendly, the breakfast is plentiful, and the location is good, close to the city cable car station.

The service was poor and disorganized. On January 24th, we booked a 44-square-meter room, but they were sold out. We were told to walk to another hotel and were offered a 33-square-meter room. We requested the same room size, but the manager refused and demanded a higher price. As a result, we didn't return to the hotel on January 28th. This manager exposed me to the current state of Bolivian service standards. Although we ultimately didn't stay and refused a refund, I'm grateful to Ctrip for their help. My only customer service complaint as a Ctrip Black Diamond member was in Bolivia. 🥸

From the moment we arrived at Casa Grande Suites, we were impressed by the excellent location, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their kindness and professionalism stood out throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Juan, whose warmth and helpfulness left a lasting impression on us—we will remember him fondly. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail, and it made all the difference in our experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Casa Grande Suites to anyone visiting La Paz. The combination of a great location and exceptional people makes this hotel a wonderful choice.

The room is great, spacious, 2 bathrooms and 3 beds. The service might also be the best I’ve had ever. Nicest people work here and the restaurant was amazing. Shoutout to Juan!

The attention was 100/10! The breakfast was exceptional and Jose (who attend us) was the best one the whole time. The food was amazing and the environment very quite to share some family time. I highkey suggest this place

Wonderful food in resteraunt lovely steak and lasagne. Jaime was a great waiter and very attentive to all our needs. This is one of the nicest places to eat out in La Paz and really worth the visit. The menu is extensive and meets all needs. Beer is good too
