Not a bad place to stay short-term. I stayed for 4 nights in February 2025. The staff are decent at the front desk. The bell men are the best. They really take good care of you. The kitchen staff not so good. I asked to have a meal warmed-up; however, the food i requested to be re-heated came back as cold as it went going in. Creating a terrible experience for us. We had to eat our food cold. We ended up ordering another meal to eat something warm. The cleaning service did not come to service our room the second day after our stay. They only cleaned our room once in 4 days. Their location is good, because it's close to restaurants up the block "el bosque" and a spa accross the way.

My business team reserved 5 rooms a month ago and when we arrived at the hotel they changed everything on us and wouldn’t budge on the price. It took us hours to work out a new deal. We’re very unhappy and won’t be returning. I would recommend another hotel.

A well established hotel, located in the best part of the southern zone of La Paz, it offers excellent accommodations for corporate clients and families. The new look is great! I used to love staying at one of their annexes but after their renovation i l enjoy the main building. Great amenities, service and location! This hotel is perfect for corporate groups and has comfortable business rooms for meetings. Wifi was faulty but thats something that is common in La Paz. They mentioned an upgrade so that would make things better.

I stayed here during 2-week visit with my girlfriend and our experience was excellent! We had the chance to enjoy lunch and dinner at Kenti Restaurant, where the food is delicious and you'll find variety. Although the food was great, our favorite was breakfast. It is one of the best ones we've had, enjoying several types of bread, grains, fruit, juices and cooked meals. The room was very comfortable and led to a courtyard were you can spend afternoons reading a book or enjoying a cup of coffee. Fully recommend!

Viaje por motivo de trabajo, recepción impecable, lo maravilloso que se puede ingresar antes del horario normal (12:00-15:00) en la mañana antes de las 10:00 horas, así que eso le da un 10/10. Atención agradable, rápida y oportuna, el ingreso demoro 5 minutos a lo menos y nos guiaron hasta la misma habitación. Se reservo habitación doble, camas amplias, cómodas, y suaves, al igual que las sabanas, no parecían de cartón como la gran mayoría. Hotel amplió cuenta con jardín, bar y salones de comida, personal eficiente y todo muy limpió.

Chambres confortables, propres. Hôtel élégant. Ascenseur mais pas pour toutes les chambres. Personnel agréable mais ne parlant pas bien l'anglais. Petits déjeuners bien. Resto correct mais attente interminable pour la livraison des apéritifs.

Excellent séjour en famille dans ce bel hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil avec la clientèle et répond aux multiples demandes toujours avec le sourire. Le petit déjeuner est bon et très copieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de bain en très bon état. Le hall d'entrée ainsi que le jardin sont très agréable. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Me alojé junto a mi novia en el hotel y nuestra experiencia fue excelente. Tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar de un almuerzo y cena en el restaurante, donde la cocina es muy buena y los platos abundantes. Y hablando de abundante, el desayuno fue de los más completos que hemos probado, incluso podes pedir que te cocinen ciertas cosas. La habitación súper confortable y tiene un jardín que te invita a pasar las tardes allí. Muy recomendable

- Les chambres sont grandes et propres. - Le personnel est sympa. - Petit déjeuner en buffet libre très bien garni. Seule réserve, il est annoncé être disponible à 7h00 mais c'est souvent 7h30. - Très bon rapport qualité/prix. - Possibilité en plus de négocier les prix si l'on reste un mois. - Mon premier passage date de février 2019 (j'y suis resté 5 mois) puis deux ou trois jour par mois quand je retourne à La Paz.
