โรงแรม 5 ดาวที่ไม่มีอะไรนอกจากเตียง ผ้าขนหนู และไดรฟ์เป่าผม มันคงจะรู้สึกดีกว่านี้ ถ้าโรงแรมอื่นไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ำ ไม่มีชากาแฟ หม้อต้มน้ำร้อน และการบริการที่อบอุ่น ทั้งที่ราคาถูกกว่า ibis ฉันคิดว่าผู้บริหารควรไปนอนโรงแรมอื่นดูบ้าง เพื่อเรียนรู้และปรับปรุง
