Clean, spacious and well run! Marco was great! Met us in the evening to help us get settled and park the rental car. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing stay at Echi del Mare. Alessendro, the host couldn’t do enough for us. Gave us great information about the area and nothing was too much trouble. Echi del mare is just a short walk from one of the main streets where there are lovely shops and restaurants.
The appt itself was spotlessly clean, and deco lovely sea themed. Lots of little touches, with complimentary toiletries, tea, coffee, biscuits and water.
Breakfast vouchers were given to us. We had an excellent breakfast in one of the lovely little cafe just a short walk away. We had a great range of food to choose from.
We will definitely stay at Echi del Mare again.

Andrea was a terrific host - always kind and attentive and helpful.
The location is great - close to the train station and convenient access any time.
The room was spacious, lovely and comfortable

This is what I shared on *********** - The apartment is an easy 10 minute walk from the station. With our backpacks it was quite easy. - The apartment is just up from the pedestrian street of shops and restaurants and is well located to explore the city. - It is a spacious apartment and the kitchen is great. - Amalia was excellent and very helpful. Both comments are beyond the control of the hosts but: - During our stay it was quite noisy during the day from 8am as there was construction right outside the main bedroom window. - At night the upstairs neighbour's TV and them walking around could be heard in the main bedroom until midnight and beyond. It was loud enough to be annoying when you were trying to go to sleep.

Andrea ci ha accolte direttamente in strada davanti al portone. Ci ha dato subito informazioni su come muoverci a La Spezia ( anche ristoranti ecc) e su come organizzare al meglio la nostra visita alle cinque terre, davvero gentilissimo! Camera molto carina ben arredata e pulita. Tv con Wi-Fi, frigo con acqua e coca cola, macchina caffè e biscotti. Camera rifatta quotidianamente anche con cambio asciugamani. Davvero non mancava nulla, bella zona e tranquilla. Grazie mille andrà, lo consiglierò sicuramente!

Ótima localização a poucos quarteirões e bons restaurantes e da estação de trem.
Quarto limpo, bem decorado, banheiro amplo. Prédio antigo em casa excelente estado de conservação. Recomendo muito!!!
