Staff were totally delightful - the owner very nice, helpful and full of tips on what to go visit and the rooms were super clean - nice view over the ****nal and the bay, nice little swimming pool and area - lovely breakfast. However it is way out of the town with a half hour walk, a third of which a downhill or back up a hill. Fine if you are young or fit and able, really not great if not. Without a car you are really quite isolated. There are buses but they stop around 8pm and the timetable can be a bit random. No decent restaurants nearby apart from a local pizzeria and a small mini-market at bottom of the hill if you want to get a few things to eat at the villa. Lots and lots of outside tiled steps to get up and down the property with no railing again not great if you are not fit and able. We had to rely on taxis to get in and out.

I can only fully confirm all reviews with a very critical score. For me it was the worst experience travelling around the globe since more than 40 years. The studio was really like a jail. With such a mismatch between founded expectation and reality we left immediately what costed us ＞ 1200 Euro as the intermediate agency, Easyreserve, requested full prepayment and was unwilling to compensate anything.The reaction of the owner on our complaint and on the critical reviews of others is of such an unappropriate level that you can only conclude : avoid at any price. Luckely our stay ended well because we found ad hoc by far better and cheaper options.

The most comfortable 5 night stay at the truly charming Villa Nina, La Spezia. Very clean rooms and toilets with showers. Lovely poolside lounge, breakfast managed very pleasantly by Roberta. And ofcourse Francesca the manager who took care of our every need, including allowing us to add a family member on the last two days without charging us extra. And on our last evening when it rained, their lovely bistro was opened up for our boisterous family of 8 for our take-away dinner. Which by the way was the most awesome indian meal from an indian restaurant downtown...a much needed break from pastas and pizzas. Villa Nina is a peaceful haven with a glorious view of the Port, and just a 6 minute cab ride or a 20 minute easy walk to downtown. Thank you to the entire Villa Nina team for making us feel so welcome and comfortable.

Splendida location, vista panoramica sul golfo, estrema pulizia dell'alloggio. Disponibilità totale della Francesca la quale, con simpatia e pazienza, ci ha accolto, consigliato e coccolato per tutta la permanenza. Da ritornare sicuramente.

Bellissima struttura. Personale gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta, colazione a buffet abbondante e tutti i comfort per una vacanza relax. Abbiamo potuto portare la nostra cagnolina che è stata ben accetta. Da tornarci.

Ho scelto questa struttura poiché gia soggiornato in passato durante il periodo Covid e mi sono trovato molto bene. Non posso dire lo stesso a distanza di 2 anni. Camera molto vissuta, la signora alla reception estremamente gentile ci ha accolto in tarda serata ma non ha notato come un cliente teneva altissimo il Volume della tv così come non ha sentito l’odore di fumo provenire dalle stanze dove non si dovrebbe fumare….. temperatura nella stanza 17 gradi, condizionatore portato in pompa di calore va direttamente in errore…..Dormire al freddo è davvero sconfortante!! Costo della camera esagerato per quello che offre oggi la struttura!! C’è molto da lavorare per tornare a quello che era e si deve avere maggiore attenzione alle persone che si ospitano nella propria struttura!!

Eravamo in 15 persone compresi i bambini ci siamo stati 3 notti compresi di colazione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo le camere erano sempre pulite e i letti sempre fatti. Personale cordiale colazione in abbondanza. Consigliato

Cadre agréable, chambre spacieuse(avec kitchenette) et propre, personnel accueillant. Bon rapport qualité prix. Voiture indispensable pour se rendre a la gare ou au port. Parking au bord de la route mais tjs de la place. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les 5 Terres. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
