I chose Hotel Corallo for it's location and that it also had a parking garage.After much research I picked this hotel as a starting point for our visits to Cinque Terre. Also I did not want to be within the ZTL zone of La Spezia. Front desk staff was very friendly and our room was perfect for the 3 of us. It was actually a suite with two separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Breakfast had the customary European breakfast items. We spent our first day touring around La Spezia, Castello San Georgio has the most beautiful views. Also the walk to the ferry for Cinque Terre is not far as is also the train station. My one complaint is that there is not a elevator. It was a bit difficult for 3 over 65 year olds to climb the stairs with our suitcases.

This property was close to the ferries, shopping, and dining options. They served a nice breakfast and it was convenient to park in their little garage.

It's a great spot to visit and see everything, it's very central and very quick to go anywhere you like. I recommend everyone to visit 5 Terre by boat.

Had a good stay here. It's a 25 min walk to the train station, but convenient buses run regularly until 9pm. Not convenient if you expect a cab later as cabs seem less available. But a pleasant walk. The front desk will sell you bus tickets. (1.5 Euro each). I might choose to be closer to the center of town, but an included breakfast buffet with basic but properly cooked food and AC makes it a good deal. A bit like an outdated dorm room on our first room impression, but slept well.

This is a nice property with very professional staff. There is not as much to do in the area as we were hoping. It is close to the waterfront but most of the area is taken up by commercial shipping. It’s close to ferry to cinque Terre but 20 min walk to the train station. The boats were not running the day we went to Cinque Terre so had to walk up to take a train. Which ended up being very nice traveling. We did do breakfast and it was nice but basic

Well located "basic" hotel. Clear plus point for the (after reservation) available parking. Staff on arrival very friendly and helpful - the colleague at check out unfortunately didn't feel like it that much (at least that gave the impression).
