The hotel is located on the edge of the yacht harbour and is a very clean hotel. The service staff's attitude is good and humorous. It is a bit far from the hotel to go to the Cinque Terre. You can choose to buy a scenic ticket to take the train, or you can buy a ticket at the pier. For my military enthusiasts, I was delighted to see that five Horizon-class air defense destroyers docked near the military port were visible from the hotel window. This was the best night in Italy for 15 days, on Easter night, seeing a group of Christians doing mass, dining at a restaurant opened by a local people near the hotel, very authentic Italian meals and red wine. The hotel bed has two data line interfaces without converters, which is very considerate.

Posizione strategica, visto che è a due passi dalla stazione centrale di La Spezia. Esci e hai praticamente un mezzo di trasporto sotto casa. Tutto tutto impeccabile. Giusy poi....la proprietaria.....persona simpaticissima e cordialissima. Ci ha messo a nostro agio subito e sembra di conoscerla da una vita. Socievole, cordiale, e sorridente. Excellent location, just at the train station. We booked through booking.com and got an excellent deal. We were 3 adults and there are plenty of rooms to accommodate families and a small group of friends. Please note that there is city tax to be paid on site. Also just wanted to say a huge huge thank you to the staff. Amazingly helpful. Helped us to check in after hours and then when staying again, helped to order pizza 😊. And you can store your luggage. Breakfast is included. You will get a voucher which can be redeemed in 2 places. It's for a cup of coffee and a fresh pastry. Typical light Italian breakfast. Delicious. Just a note, to make sure you go to the correct one, ask before. As there are 2. One has RED flower pots in front and the other has WHITE. The staff is very helpful, and can chat to via WhatsApp. Thanks again!!!

Booking was fine, arrival and check in was great. Parking was a bit challenging (parking in an underground public car park nearby cost EUR 15 overnight) On the surface the hotel looks nice, lobby, outside hotel, bar etc. Be careful unpacking your car outside the hotel as it is quite a busy road. Lifts are the old style very small and we needed to do two runs. Room was a bit dated but we had a comfortable nights sleep. Bathroom was huge with nice towels and great shower pressure. We would have given a 4 out of 5 score but there was no internet on the night we stayed. Bar service where I ended up getting internet service was excellent. Did not experience the breakfast as we had a long drive the following day.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'endroit est très propre et moderne. La chambre est idéalement située, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare, du marché et du centre historique de la Spezia, où vous trouverez des jolies boutiques et des bons restaurants. Patrizia nous a donné de très bons conseils, grâce à elle nous avons visité Portovenere, et nous avons pris le bateau au lieu du train pour visiter les villages, ce qui était très agréable. Nous avons passé 2 nuits sur place, une nuit supplémentaire aurait été idéal !
