We booked a studio and were upgraded to an apartment with an additional living room. Very well-appointed and very pleasant. Small drawback: no air conditioning. Comfortable king-size bed, but a little soft. Great welcome, breakfast, and access to the pool.

Now that the accommodations have been renovated, the hotel no longer suffers from the dilapidated condition and very average cleanliness of the accommodations. It is to be hoped that the improvements will last over time. The view of the lake is still as pleasant. The parking lot is barely passable.

The bed was not terrible but what struck me the most was asking customers to take out the trash when they left and the parking space was at the exit of the car park. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Good morning, Establishment located in an industrial/commercial area despite the lake behind. We paid a lot of money for less than 24 hours just to sleep. We welcome you and then nothing more. Very clean apartment and the renovation is quality. On the other hand, my wife did not want to open the curtains because we were located on the ground floor, therefore in the parking lot with everyone passing by and the view of the cars. Too bad, but I don't recommend this establishment. No point in taking photos. Sincerely

Personnelles serviable, chambre propre et bien équipée avec kitchenette et table et chaises, bonne literie, petit plus un balcon, au calme et près des commerces.👍 Juste le pommeau de douche qui fuyait !

Très belle chambre avec vue sur le lac très agréable, le personnel très agréable. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour

Hôtels rez-de-chaussée nul on nous a surclassé mais on aurait aimé être en étage sans surclassement on avait rien demandé

Situé à proximité de commerces, à 15 mn d’Arcachon. Personnel à l’écoute et bienveillant !!!!
