Best Western Braddock Inn

Overall, a good hotel. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the amenities, such as a large screen TV, fridge and microwave, are good. The breakfast is a generous spread of hot and cold items, including eggs, waffles and sausages. One caution: the bathtub is extremely slippery. My roommate slippedand fell and sustained a concussion.

Heat in the room had been off for 24 or more hours. I arrived before 8pm and immediately turned the heat on. I laid on bed til 1am and that heated a lil of the sheets, I was still cold and was still cold in the room in the morning. I did ask the front desk if there was a warmer room shortly after arrival. I was told it was their slow season and all would have been cold. Poor lighting outside and hard to get in parking lot I won’t be back a 1/2 a star

Very nice place to stay one of my favorites to stay this past year

The entire hotel was hot and humid in the hallways. Breakfast was burnt and dry. I stayed for 3 nights didn’t have the do no disturb flyer on the door and they never came in to make the bed or to change towels or even take away trash….. had 2 different rooms first room had bugs everywhere…. And third room was a little decent but I wasn’t happy won’t be returning

Breakfast had very little choices to choose from. Room is fine except bed sheets need to be washed better. Staff was nice. Air-conditioning in room was great. No coffee machine in the room and the coffee machine in guest services is ALWAYS empty.

Weak Wifi, challenging building layout with poor signage, multiple dogs barking nearby for 2 hours, despite desk agent indicating that dogs shouldn't be in that wing. The room had relatively new carpet, which contrasted with the hallways.

The room was fine. The breakfast left something to be desired. The eggs looked like they’d been sitting around since yesterday. There was no hot water for tea. The only fruit was 1 orange. The staff were great.

Ya wanna know how my stay was?! It was NONEXISTENT because I got charged for a room at a hotel that was PERMANENTLY CLOSED!! And I am going to take it up with the BBB, Best Western, Consumer Protection
