The Savoy is a 3rd generation family-run resort hotel that is lovely in every respect: accommodations, facilities (sauna, steam room, hot tub, indoor pool, exercise room), location (across the street from the Piz La Ila gondola), dining (the half-board option is terrific), attention to detail, ambience but above all the staff (front desk, maid service, bar and dining room, spa services)! The owners, Andreina and Jaco Granruaz, their nephew, Marco, the front desk clerk, Katrin, our maid/masseuse, Lorena, and the entire staff could not have been more obliging... and then we both suffered freak skiing accidents and they really went above and beyond to accommodate our reduced mobility. We look forward so much to returning!

Excellent hotel just step from ski lift and the center of city. One of the best ski area. Wi-fi everywhere, excellent food and great spa, clean rooms. Parking inside, supportive staff. Highly recommended.

We arrive on Saturday where we were met by Katrin who explained about the hotel the Facilities and answered all our questions about where we needed to go for our ski pass ect. The Hotel is excellent and has a Great Breakfast and we were on Half board so enjoyed afternoon small eats and drinks at 3pm followed later at 7pm by a fantastic 4 course meal every night. Midweek there is an Aperitif get together thrown in also. The Rooms are spacious and excellently prepared and comfortable. The Ski Lift is 50 meres away from the front door just across the road to the Alta Badia ski area which is perfectly prepared A SKIERS DREAM AREA. The main think we liked about this hotel was the professional attitude and friendliness of the staff and its a Family Run hotel so they take extra care of you. We will definitely be coming back.

A structure with great attention to detail, very nice and comfortable suite (only flaw, a little noisy due to the proximity of the terrace), excellent restaurant, with delicious dishes and a wide range of choices, very clean and in an excellent location (a few steps from the gondola lift).

Für Skifahrer und auch Wanderer ideal unmittelbar an der Gran Risa Talstation gelegenes gut ausgestattetes Haus mit nettem Personal und sehr gutem Abendessen; im Winter nachmittags Saft und Kuchen/Snacks; Frühstück eher italenisch geprägt, aber mit allem, was man benötigt. Anstehen an der Kaffeemaschine für mansche störend, allerdings ist man im Urlaub und kann man auch mal eine Minute warten. Sehr schöne Badelandschaft im 2.Stock und ausreichener Wellnessbereich im UG; Tiefgaragenplätze, Weinstube soll in diesem Jahr fertig werden. Wir hatten normale Zimmerkategorie, die für uns als Skifahrer völlig ausreichend war. Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Leistungsstärkeren Föhn kann man sich ausleihen. Zimmer strassenseitig bei offenem Fenster wegen Durchgangsverkehr relativ laut; Oropax schaffen Abhilfe. Nette Bar, wo man sich abends gesellig aufhalten kann. Besitzerfamilie präsent, könnte etwas ggü. den Gästen aufgeschlossener sein (subjektive Meinung). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und werden auch wiederkommen.

Mi sono trovato molto bene in questo hotel , recomanda a tutti , mangiare bene camera super , anche una stupenda paesaggio . C’è la sauna fitness biliard un hotel molto bello e grande , anche la posizione è molto buona , vecino di lago di Garda stato molto contento

Het hotel begint gedateerd te geraken Het mag dan ‘ tiroler style” zijn ,maar toch . We hadden een ‘superior’ kamer ( gevraagd met mooi uitzicht) Blijken juist die kamers op onmogelijke plaatsen te zitten Zonder uitzicht ( wordt nergens vermeld) Alleen een waterkoker op aanvraag op kamer . De bedden zou een topper op moeten . Het eten is prima De gastvrijheid is prima ( Een familie die het hotel al enorm lang runt) De ligging vh hotel Langs drukke weg Deze steek je met ski spullen over naar de gondel naar boven .

Hotel molto bello, camere con un panorama bellissimo. Spa completa con piscina su piani diversi. Ristorante ottimo, con pietanze locali preparate con molta cura. Molto vicino agli impianti da sci. Consigliatissimo.

L’ hotel, in una posizione molto comoda per varie escursioni sulle Dolomiti, è dotato di un parcheggio coperto gratuito. Abbiamo soggiornato nella junior suite, molto spaziosa, luminosa e con un grande terrazzo. La struttura è anche dotata di una spa, piscina coperta e ampio terrazzo/giardino ad uso esclusivo dei clienti dell’ hotel. Il personale dell’ hotel è molto disponibile e cordiale. La cucina del ristorante è strepitosa, con una ricca varietà di proposte giornaliere (incluso buffet di dolci) accompagnata da un’ ampia cantina di vini. Purtroppo però hanno delle disattenzioni per quanto riguarda le intolleranze alimentari, per i primi giorni ho dovuto richiedere più volte se le portate della cena contenessero glutine o evitare di mangiarle per presenza sicura di questo. Se migliorassero su questo importante aspetto sarebbe veramente un’ esperienza unica!
