Overall would give it a good rating . However , the mattress was too firm for my taste. Amenities were great though and enjoyed the pool and easy parking . The unit was very spacious and the staff was helpful.

Very nice place for family holiday. Restaurant Nani’s is good, facilities are great and modern, really enjoyed the pool and the time slot for kids, complemented by the Spa. Location is good, Coop pronto in front very useful, shuttle every 5min to the slops. We are a family of 4 with two boys 6 and 8, and can only recommend this place. A bit expensive but you have it back.

Confusion with payment Great accommodation. Was just confused with payment method. Receipt said paid but I had to play at the property . Staff was excellent though. Extremely helpful.

We had a very nice two night visit at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting various hikes and restaurants in the area. With the Guest card we could take public transport in Flims/Laax for free and got sizeable discounts for entry fees, for example at the Caumasee. We didn‘t eat at the hotel restaurant but did take advantage of the Coop Pronto for breakfast items and easy dinners. The rooms are quite well-equipped for cooking. Our room was clean and quiet, in spite of the proximity to the traffic circle. Wellness is clean, well-organized and hss s varied offering. The only negative was the weird mattresses in the sauna rest area instead of the usual reclining chairs. When we arrived there was a couple embracing on one of the mattresses, and we felt uncomfortable going in. Can highly recommend this property.

Great hotel in beautiful location This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned that Switzerland in general is extremely expensive, for everything, compared to the uk. The hotel is easy to find and has a fuel station/shop over the road for essentials, but again, be warned about the prices!!! You might need a mortgage to do your shop in this country!

Overall excellent experience during our stay in this place. The apartment was super clean, spacious, silent and well equipped. The staff was lovely, always helping, had prepared my prerequisites for my special diet. We could leave the car in the parking the last day and enjoy the full day of ski. The shuttle service runs so often, this is perfect.

A very bad trip. Weak staff who apparently do not want to work;) Receptionist Marina did not inform us about the need to report breakfast until 8 pm at check-in. We requested breakfast at 9 pm without being informed about it, Marina was very rude and told us to go to the kitchen to get breakfast ourselves. She said that she does not work in the kitchen and is only a receptionist, let me remind you that the profession of a receptionist is to help the guest. The first day at breakfast the waitress said we only pay 20 francs per adult nothing more. At the third breakfast we were charged more than 30 francs too much. We went to ask why with a good attitude. The waitress went to ask the manager Daniel he came to us and started yelling at my sister it was outrageous and ridiculous. He finally calmed down, despite previous pleas for him to calm down. On the last day when we left, we checked out and paid the bill not settled and left. Our driver who came to pick up the luggage a few hours later was not allowed because suddenly there was one more bill to pay. Scandalous that the receptionist can't do check out with customers. Of course we paid but the whole stay by the staff passed very badly and I do not recommend this place. Lack of willingness of employees to work and aggressiveness :) Another good example was that both we and our driver waited for the receptionist for about 30 minutes a few times during the trip because there was no one at the reception :))
