Dirty and dusty surfaces, few supplies (toilet paper, laundry detergent). One chair was broken. Beautiful interior and view from the window.

Great location - close to everything without being in the thick of it, so relatively quiet with lovely views over the broadwater to enjoy at sunset.

Location was ok. I was asking for a room in an upper level, but my wish got ignored. The room had a bad moldy smell.

It’s always a pleasure staying at the Bay, all staff are so welcoming and they all go above and beyond to assure your stay is exceptional. My partner and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else and we would like to thank the Bay staff for all there help and kindness.

Suitable for those driving, with parking available. However, the front desk closes early, making check-in inconvenient. The facilities are quite old; the bed creaked constantly, and cleanliness was so-so. The hotel's location is decent, very quiet, with many restaurants within walking distance.

After entering the room, I felt very comfortable. The space is large and well-equipped. My husband and I can grill steak here. The environment outside is very beautiful. Facing the invincible sea, we can sit on the terrace and enjoy it. I am very happy.
