Hugely spacious rooms that were very comfortably appointed. Access is via a steep staircase (and another to the restaurant) and rooms face a busy street, but we didn’t find the noise too bad. The breakfast included is okay.

Nice budget stay with friendly staff. The room was clean and quite big, breakfast could be chosen from several different types. Location is near the marina, perfect for me, coming from a liveaboard for a night over stay.

The money was in the room and the door was locked. When I went out for a walk in the morning and came back, all the cash in my bag was stolen, equivalent to about 4,500 yuan. The boss insisted that they didn't have a spare key. How was this possible? How do you get in when cleaning? There was no surveillance in the corridor and no one admitted it, so I had to just let it happen. Theft is common in Komodo Hotel

Excellent location. It is very close to the pier and is very convenient for diving. The room is spacious. There is also a large balcony with a sea view. The view from the breakfast terrace on the third floor is also great. The room was tidy. The receptionist was friendly. Komodo day tours offered at great prices. You can have breakfast early before setting off for diving every day.

The hotel is OK, the room is big, but the noise is a bit loud on the road side, too close to the street

The small entrance from the Street could be easily missed as the reception level is up one level from the road. Access to the reception area is up one flight of steep stairs so having suitcase type luggage is a challenge, as well as access for the less-mobile person. For good or for bad, we stayed in room 5 next to the reception area. It was quiet enough considering this point. We stayed 2 nights arriving at 9pm, heading out for a boat tour at 5:30am and checking out at 6am for our flight back to Bali the following day. Therefore we can’t comment on the roof terrace or breakfast on site. We did have a breakfast box of banana pancakes on the first morning which we took on our tour & they were nice. The room was ok, the bed a little firmer than I liked, and there was a nice harbour view from the balcony. The bathroom was very basic and the toilet was on a plinth about 30cm higher than the rest of the room - strange. The air conditioning was very good. For 2 nights, and purely as a place to sleep, it was adequate.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights, arriving before 6PM by taxi(60k Ir) from the LBJ Airport. A welcoming receptionist on the 1st floor checked our passports, processed our payment, presented our key(wifi code) and we walked up a 2nd flight of stairs. Seaview king #11 was tiled, spacious & clean; tiled bathroom with cold water shower(soap/shampoo), table with hotpot/coffee/(water from reception machine), table with small TV(no reception), 2 chairs, comfortable firm king bed, open closet with safe, cushioned bench, ceiling spotlights/good secure wifi, 3 outlets, quiet wall AC with remote, private balcony overlooking the 66’ Labuan Bajo Lighthouse and the extensive harbor to distant islands. The 3rd floor 6:30AM breakfast was a choice of 6 made to order meals: We had fried eggs with chicken sausage/toast/jam; all with OJ, regular coffee/tea. This 3 floor concrete building has a series of high-stepped stairs(no elevator), sits along the busy main street and the quiet mesmerizing harbor view is from the back rooms. The new Plaza Marina(AlfaMart/KFC/Starbucks) is 250m north and the Roxy Mart supermarket is 200m further north near the harbor promenade.

A very well located property with an excellent view from roof top and balcony(2nd floor). There is a tie up with a poizza resturant if one desires to have italian dinner at room. The staff all young and energetic always keen to help u. Drinking water bottle is not provided in room . Drinking water is available. Breakfast is nice prepared fresh .Lot of eating joints, general stores available near property. Rooms are big but lacks maintenance

Located in the center of Labuan Bajo , this small hotel is run by very helpful staff . Good address for one night before visiting the numerous sites in Komodo Plenty of bars and restaurants options in the vicinity
