The hotel offers airport shuttle service, the front desk staff are friendly, and breakfast is decent. It also has a private beach. Most importantly, the price is fantastic. It's a great hotel! I'll definitely be coming back.

Location wise is nice and beautifully secluded with the beach. The room is spacious but the only issue is the fan seems dusty & has critters behind the sink cabinet inside the toilet. Informed the receptionist about it, hopefully it will be resolved.

We're delighted that you enjoyed our peaceful beachfront location and found your room spacious. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered. Thank you for informing our receptionist, we have shared your feedback with our Housekeeping team to ensure it is addressed promptly. We appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you back for an even better stay at Palm Beach Resort & Spa.

A great place to relax and unwind, away from the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s also a great spot to catch both the sunrise and sunset in one place. There were plenty of activities to enjoy around the resort. And don't miss their pizza—it's a must-try!
Response from Property: Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for your wonderful review. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed our peaceful beachfront setting, spacious rooms, and the variety of activities available at the resort. We're especially happy that you enjoyed our pizza recommendation too! We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back soon for another relaxing getaway at Palm Beach Resort & Spa.

I always stay here. It's perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea view. The only downside is that it's far from the city center.

The view was absolutely stunning, and out of all the places I've stayed in Labuan, this one was by far the most satisfying. My only minor complaint is that the location is a bit far from the city center. However, the excellent facilities inside more than make up for it, making it a highly recommended spot for a relaxing getaway.

Clean spacious rooms, hotel pool and beachfront Clean spacious rooms with excellent service and good food available at the attached restaurant. Well functioning A/C in the rooms and plenty of towels and water provided. The pool was a big hit with for our child, and the proximity to nature and beautiful scenery was appreciated

This hotel is absolutely great! Huge swimming pool, big rooms and nice sea view. The beach is not really good for swimming. Hotel itself is quite old and could be renovated, but its great for a few days chill vacation. Also the hotel restaurant and breakfast is delicous! Recommended

This is really the only resort in Labuan so if you are looking for a relaxing time on the beach I would recommend it. This is more for families or couples looking to relax rather than business people as it is pretty far from the town. Overall, the experience was good with the staff being very laid back. View of the beach was great.
