Horrible customer service. Booked a room at 3am hoping to have some where just to sleep till morning got there 10 mins after i booked the room was told room wasn't ready till after 12 told them i didn't need the room after 12 just needed a couple hours of sleep so said to cancel it an now im refused a refrund

My check in was fabulous! Zhane and Paula were exceptional! Kudos to your company. I even extended my stay for 2 more nights. The housekeeping staff were great! The staff with breakfast in the AM were wonderful!!!
My only complaint was the DIRECTV service was terrible! The service kept coming and going so I couldn't watch TV. Other than that, things were great!!!

The night clerk was great. Some how our bathroom door was locked and she tried to get it unlocked so we didn’t have to move rooms. But was unsuccessful and had to move rooms. I applaud her for doing her best before she had to move us.

My fiancé and I have been staying here once a month since March! I travel from New York and stay at this location every time! We befriended the maintenance man Bret and he is wonderful and is the reason we keep coming back! He is so hard working and so kind, lovely soul!
