Room was very dated. Our closet was painted a weird blue and somehow opened into the bathroom closet, strange ?. Had a stain on bed and also on the kitchenettes counter top. Multiple fixtures did not match to the replacement. Definitely not up to Marriott standards.

We spent one night with our baby. This was our first time staying at TownePlace Suites. The room was clean and so was the kitchenette. The dishes appeared new which was surprising as some places they are worn and chipped.
Very happy with the stay and will do again in the future.

I asked for wheel chair accessible room. The doors were wheelchair accessible but the bathroom was NOT. It was an awful experience with my wheelchair bound mother for a short stay cation with her. I fidnt even get to have her with me the whole trip. I would NOT stay at the property again.

Even though check-in is 4:00, we arrived at about 1:00. They were able to get us in our room.
The only issue was that the water in our room was warm at best. Just warm enough to take a shower.
When we left for dinner about 4:30, I told the front desk about our water being only warm.
When we returned to the room about 8:30 we noticed that the water was much warmer. Got to take my hot shower the next morning. Wife very happy. She got to take her hot bath each night.
Staff very polite and helpful. They got right on the one issue we had.

Terrible management. I had a complaint about the conditiin of my dirty room and when the manager was reacged by phone he was rude. He told me i was lying when i called the front desk to complain. This property is trash so is the management. I will never stay at this hotel again.

We evacuated due to Hurricane Idalia. We had a 1 bedroom Suite. They allowed us to check-in early and check-out late. They had an excellent selection for their Hot Breakfast. Everyone was very nice.

It was a nice surprise! having stayed at this property 2 years ago, it has had a major facelift and is much nicer. Breakfast was good, coffee good, and the bed was comfortable.
