Clean rooms. Quietness. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not very good except for the waffles. The egg patties were tasteless and the biscuits were too dried out to have biscuits and gravy. The personnel at the front desk wore too many hats but she did a very good job for what she had to do.

disappointment first said Couldn't find my reservation then when I showed her on my phone she found it then charge my card three times and kept telling me it wasn't going yet on my end it was showing processed. Manager came in at 2:00 AM and fixed it. Room was filthy bed cover had blood dropped and stained urine. The bathtub was dirty I couldn't use the whirlpool in the room it was dirty and had hair from previous Person. Their air conditioner made clicking in and loud noises every time it came on. I checked out two days early they never said anything and never refunded my money for the other two days that I checked out early. I've stayed here years ago and it was great this is one of the worst experience and I would never recommend this place. Even when I checked out and gave them my room keys they didn't even acknowledge it. I paid for 4 nights I was only able to stay two cause I just couldn't do it anymore I wasn't sleeping I couldn't turn the lights off because I was afraid of what might come crawling out. I even went and bought a sleeping bag to sleep in

Unfortunately, they ran out of hot breakfast food and orange juice with approximately 1/2 dup of milk left, not enough for a bowl of cereal by 9 am on Sunday morning. And sadly, the pool was freezing cold, and the hot tub was barely warm. However, the room was nice and clean.
