If you are looking for budget stay in the area, LCH City hotel is great. Accessible to Bus station, and nearby markets. There are some rooms for improvement in variety of breakfast, though.

We were on holiday in Pattaya for the fireworks festival. Not a very good hotel. Breakfasts are very simple - not tasty. They also don't let you whistle at night. They say that it is forbidden to make loud noises in your paid room. In general, I do not recommend the hotel. The location is very far from Pattaya - 30 minutes by car.

The accommodation is clean and on the roadside, with a large parking lot, good service from the staff, and the cleanliness is number one.

Call the staff and they said you can borrow a hair dryer at the front desk, but the room already has a hair dryer set. Or it may be the Room Type that you booked. ** Disadvantages: The room is not soundproof. You can hear the staff cleaning and the room is on the market side. You will hear the sound of cleaning tables, chairs, and other sounds. There are no towels (you have to bring your own). The balcony is very dusty. There are few breakfast options. The Thai food is a bit too sweet. The quality of the ingredients for breakfast is according to the price.

Almost close to "good" but the room smells musty, one bedside light doesn't work, the bathroom is terrible, the floor has a drain hole opposite the sink, making me have to step on the cover every time I use the sink, and there is always water at that spot. And the sink with an old, black drain hole should not be used in a "hotel". The clothes rack in the bathroom fell off when hanging towels. The bathroom ventilation hole is open, which customers cannot close themselves, causing the smell of cigarette smoke to come in from time to time. The TV has only a few channels, and 2-3 have clear pictures, while the other 4-5 have no pictures. A room like this, no matter how cheap it is, should not be sold to anyone to stay.

The hotel is clean, the room is very big, the bed is soft and there is a bathtub. I like it very much, I am very impressed.
