- Female staff at front desk and housekeeping were unfriendly, no greetings or smiles. - Housekeeping poor: bathrobes not replaced, coffee/amenities not replenished, used cups and plates left uncleaned. - Air conditioning light above the bed could not be turned off, severely disturbing sleep. !!! - Bathroom had a constant unpleasant odor. - Beach towels required €25 deposit each — negative impression to guests - Restaurant disappointing: many flies, poor sound system, ; Dinner on 25/9/2025: it took 15mins up to receive service; indifferent staff. - Food overpriced and low quality (plain pasta €18, sour wine). - Hotel photos misleading — especially the pool, smaller than shown. - Small details gave a stingy impression, e.g. only one pack of tissues provided. Positives: Comfortable bed, spacious room, and excellent beachside location.

It’s nice cozy middle sized resort . We liked a lot yet the system of stay is a bit complicated.

We loved this place! It had everything for a nice family stay: beach access, pool, playground, restaurant, spa.

Isolated, quiet place, good for summer. I think there might be access problems to the hotel if there are many visitors, as it's an extremely narrow road and only one car can pass at a time. The spa pool is very small and we have to walk there, which in winter and during rainy and cold weather, which was my case, we ended up not going, and the hotel reservation was made for that reason, so we were sad. The room didn't have the air conditioning working on the first night, as the technician tried to fix it, it got a little hotter, but nothing special to have normal thermal comfort. I only recommend this hotel for the summer.

The environment is decent, and it's very close to the Navy Beach.

Hygiene: Hygiene needs improvement; we encountered insects in the room. The restaurant, perhaps due to its seaside location, was left open, resulting in flies buzzing around. Environment: However, the hotel is very convenient, as it's only 50 meters from the kayaking area's starting point. We booked an apartment-style room with two bedrooms. Scenery: The view shown in Figure 1 is easily accessible from the hotel on the walk to the kayaking area. Figure 2 shows the view from the hotel restaurant, offering a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean.

A spectacular place to unwind, surrounded by nature. Well-maintained facilities. Large and very comfortable apartments. It has a spa. Friendly and helpful staff.

A hotel that meets expectations. The service and customer service are excellent. The facilities, as are the rooms, are very adequate. The location is ideal for being close to the sea.

My stay was not good. I had problems with the service right from the first day. The hotel lacks management; there's no manager present who listens to and cares about the guests. At the restaurant, I paid a bill. When it was time to receive my change, I was in the pool. The employee said he put it on the table. When I got out of the pool and went to the table to get my change, it wasn't there. I complained to the employee and the hotel reception, but nothing was done. No one took responsibility. How is this possible? Terrible hotel management. When I left the hotel, I signed the complaints book. Horrible.

In winter it wasn't very busy. There was only one employee at the reception. The restaurant was only open for breakfast. But the breakfast was really, really good. Lots of choice and very tasty. Unfortunately we didn't try out the other facilities like the pool and sauna. The room was very nice and clean. The location is good. There is a beach and a good hiking trail right behind the resort. But you always have to drive or take a taxi to the resort. Room service was available if you wanted to order food spontaneously.

The hotel has a great environment and is very close to the beach, so I recommend bringing your swimsuit. The pool is also beautiful, and you can sunbathe and watch the sunrise.
