Radisson Hotel, Lagos Ikeja

Service is slow, you pretty much need to call a couple of times for something to be done right

Room Aircond was not working, had to call several times to get it fix and still not fixed

This the second time of my excellent stay with Radisson hotel Lagos Ikeja. It has been like home, would definitely return on my next Lagos visit. See you again wonderful staff.

Excellent

The lowest quality Radisson Hotel room I have seen in my entire life, which seriously damaged my faith in Radisson as a brand. The entrance still looks promising, the bar was quite nice but the room itself was like a bad joke. Even a hostel would be ashamed to offer such a room. When you book a 3 persons room, it also seems logical it would be for 3 people. But not here. After complaining, they will bring some kind of school mattress to put on the floor. Yes, not a joke. And then you discover that in the bathroom there is 1 towel for 3 people and does not even offer basic amenities like shower gel. This was a disgrace.

Great location and helpful staff but pricey considering breakfast not included

The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. You will not regret staying here. The staff is very attentive from top to bottom. There is plenty to choose from at the buffet. I thoroughly enjoyed the Nigerian cuisine taking center stage. The food was well seasoned and right amount of spice/kick. There are other choices available for those wanting something other than Nigerian dishes. My compliments to the chef. We ate at the breakfast and dinner buffet several times. I also had lunch at the Collage bar and restaurant (large portions). We didn’t venture to other restaurants outside of the hotel because didn’t want to be disappointed.
