Housekeeping still cleaning, talking loudly & banging doors until 10pm. Heard random drilling & banging a hammer. Room was old & shabby, black mould in the bathroom. Found an ant in my water glass in the bathroom the following morning. Room service took around 45 mins but the food was excellent & great value for money. Very comfortable beds & pillows.

I have stayed here for a day and had a pleasant experience.Hotel was clean with a nice restaurants and souvenir shop located inside.They also have a nice gym,tennis court and heated pool.Staff were friendly and ready to assist anytime.Better to have cash in hand before staying here as they dont accept apple pay and need to present physical ATM card. As it is Friday,they have a band playing jazzy mixed popular pop songs located at their pool bar with a nice ambiance and cool vibes. Room was clean and have comfortable bed,I would like to commend Mr Williams who made my stay an amazing one,he was assigned at the 3rd floor and always welcome guests with a genuine smile and assists them if they have queries. A wonderful stay I must say.

I'm not sure what make a hotel 5 stars, but this isn't it. The hotel corridors and staircase, I stayed in the second floor, have a moldy smell that made my chest and throat burn the whole entire time I stayed here. I don't believe the carpets have had a proper cleaning in a while, you can actually see stains along the way. Cleanliness is subpar, from the rooms to the Pumpkin Leaf restaurant where breakfast is served, can't speak to other areas I didn't go. The closet in my room had mold/cobwebs growing right out of the gap between the ceiling and door, the door hinges were caked in dust. Something fell off the sink and got itself under the cleverly concealed space under the sink, and that space was gross too. Now the restaurant. There are four big round holes on one of the walls, I assume AC vents, that are so dirty it boggles my mind. Does no ever look up and notice they need a good scrubbing? Anyway, if I were to come back to Lagos I would choose a different hotel that doesn't smell like the windows were last opened in 1957. The 1 star is for the staff. They are very friendly, from the doormen, security people, and restaurant staff.

Stay here on occasions for work. This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. On a previous stay my room was pretty good, on my most recent stay my room was dated and uncomfortable. The hotel has good amenities, nice pool area, decent bars and restaurants. Most of the staff are quite friendly, but not all. The corridors are not a good standard at all, they smell very damp, have trip hazard mats which i assume are to cover stains on the carpet, are extremely dated. A lot of noise can be heard at all times from the corridors. The hotel manages the mosquitos well as i didnt see any during my recent stay. The cleanliness was not terrible but could have been better. In my opinion this property just needs a good update. location is good for access to LOS airport. The security is good i can understand why it has a good reputation for that. I would say there are better options for hotels in Lagos, however this may be a good option for some people, it is very average but serves its purpose.

The front desk personnel are very inefficient and rude. My organisation had booked for me a full week and because of a mistake with their registration for the name of occupancy they refused me access at 5am. My office called to fix and still they where complicated about the office using a corporate card remotely and not a card in my name. At check-out, the same rudeness and inefficient process; my office had already done the full payment and it was complicated for them to finalise the bill for a restaurant although they had put a 2500USD reserve on my personal card. The rest of the staff is incredible. By the way the hotel smelled like old mildew.

They steal from rooms. I was staying in room 136 and my gym shorts were missing. I reported the issue, a team came and searched the room and said I must have misplaced it . Further the front office manager says I have done my best and if you want to mention on your review than pls go ahead . Pls choose an air bnb or any other option but be safe . I lost some clothes but I thank god I took my wallet with me when I left the room.

Very nice hotel. Excellent staff at the pool bar, especially Kingsley and Collins. Good food,n also nice place to stay . Looking forward to come back again. Also the itallian resturant too was excellent,and the staff as well are so superb too.

I stay here as part of my journey to and from work in Nigeria. The staff are excellent and very attentive and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well kept although could do with some refurbishment in areas. The pool bar and Italian restaurant are great to cater for all your dining and food requirements. It’s a perfect place to relax on my way in and out of Lagos. The staff are by far the greatest asset in the whole business and deserve the respect and thanks I’m giving them. Keep up the great work guys. Special mention to Daniel , Victory , Damilola, Micheal , Kingsley, Benjamin , Omobola you guys are amazing and always treat me like a King. The receptionist overcharge the bill, for example if you have 19,000naira, they put 190,000naira. This is THEFT. It’s very unfortunate that they do this multiple times and there’s no response after following up on the matter, it’s a CONCERN THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED

Sheraton Lagos Hotel is at the top of this business. Our check-in was smooth and rooms were ready without delayed. I stayed at the top floor Rm 528 and it's lovely. I felt somehow lonely missing my family while coming for our society event. However, the beautiful "welcoming" art work I met in my room set me in a relax mood. Securities were respectful, gallant and helpful, restaurants ladies with beautiful smiles, thanks to Omolade, Mary and others. Housekeeping always on point and on time, thanks to mr. Amos, supervior on my floor for his follow-up to make the room ready before we finish our daily session, my colleague in 536 as well testify on this. The housekeeping are always ready to assist. Would surly visit again with my family this time.
