Pretty much spot on. Location isn’t bad but it’s not amazing either. But it’s perfect for everything else. Great team, simple check in and check out and everyone was really nice. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Good air con in the room and a very comfortable bed! Highly recommended.

Luxus is the best hotel in Lahore. I have stayed at other luxury hotels but Luxus is by far the best! They have a variety of breakfast options and it is delicious. Whenever I go to Lahore I always stay at Luxus.

We wanted to find any good hotel in the heart of the town, so we decided to stay in Luxus Grand because our friends recommended this hotel to us. The hotel & staff were nice. The buffet breakfast was amazing and having many famous items of Lahori breakfast. The hotel is situated neat Four Points by Sheraton on opposite of Ewan-e-Iqbal. Only the problem of that hotel is that the entrance is narrow for big vehicle and parking is in a basement. We invited our other foreigner guests to visit Pakistan and we selected PGT strong recommendation on TripAdvisor so we called on above WhatsApp number Mr. Maqbool arranged our tour and on our request he came by himself to give a tour. The tour was super best and he is a man of literature. He knows the history of Pakistan not only of Lahore. We visited 85% Lahore in a one day. He brought a very neat and comfortable van with an expert driver. If you want a good price then contact him directly on his above WhatsApp number. I stayed at this hotel about 5 nights. The staff were friendly, welcoming & helpful. The breakfast buffet was great with a large variety of foods to choose from. The hotels driver picked me up from Lahore airport when my flight from Australia arrived late at night, I forgot his name but he was also very helpful and went out of his way to find me an ATM that would work with my card. Overall a great stay and friendly staff. I recommend this hotel.

I would not recommend staying at Luxus Hotel. The bathroom in our room had black mold in the shower, which was unacceptable for any standard of accommodation. At breakfast, we felt extremely uncomfortable as people openly stared and even took photos and videos of us while we were eating, and no staff intervened. The pool area was also poorly managed, with two men smoking and swimming in their street clothes. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience, and certainly not what we expected from a hotel of this supposed quality.

Please don’t be misled by the pictures shared on social media. The hotel’s exterior and entrance are quite underwhelming—dark and uninspiring. Even the lobby felt like a letdown, decked out in traditional Lahori bling (and I say this with no offense to Lahore). Now that the rant is out of the way, here’s a breakdown of our experience: We arrived very, very late as our motorway drive took forever due to a few unexpected stopovers. However, the hotel valet greeted us with a big smile, and the bellboy promptly helped with our luggage. Throughout our stay, the staff remained helpful and courteous (perhaps taking a cue from their Hunza hospitality experience). The welcome drink tasted like a poorly mixed version of Tang which was definitely not pleasant. Our initial room was small and not to our liking, but thankfully, the front desk quickly arranged a switch that suited us better. The new room had an incredibly comfortable bed that gave us a great night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there were a few issues. There was no fruit basket in the room (as promised), and it only arrived the next day after a call to the front desk. The shower was of poor quality, the sink fixture was broken, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the washroom. To make matters worse, our room overlooked a dump site. I honestly wonder if the hotel could purchase that plot and turn it into something useful—maybe an outdoor restaurant or an extension of the property. On the brighter side, the breakfast was excellent... hearty, fresh, and energizing. We didn’t get a chance to try anything from the à la carte menu, but the morning spread made a solid impression. The pool area, unfortunately, needs serious attention. It’s poorly lit, lacks an on-duty lifeguard, and the water could use more chlorine. The billiard table was another disappointment, with broken cue sticks and worn-out balls. Now, the big question: Would I stay at Luxus Grand again? Answer: Absolutely. Why? 1. Prime location—right in the city center 2. Very affordable rates 3. Safe and secure parking 4. Friendly, helpful staff 5. Excellent breakfast

At first glance, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this hotel. Tucked behind a dilapidated and run-down facade, the entrance was underwhelming and gave us serious pause. However, once we drove past the broken down exterior, which as it turns out was not part of the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to find a well-maintained and attractive hotel building—a true case of not judging a book by its cover. The hotel enjoys a central location close to the old city and major landmarks, making it a convenient base for exploring Lahore. The wonderful customer service started as soon as we stepped out of our transport with the door staff greeting us with a big smile, Mr Rehan at the front desk welcoming us and prepared with the check-in paperwork so that we didn’t have to wait around for too long to get to our rooms. Our room was large, clean, and extremely comfortable, with one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in, even compared to many five-star hotels. A fruit basket was delivered daily during room cleaning, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast each morning was a pleasant experience, featuring a live egg station, and freshly made puris and parathas on request. Most dishes tasted very good. My only suggestion would be to expand the selection of seasonal fruits, as the variety was limited. Now for a few downsides: • The view from our room left much to be desired—facing a broken-down building and an empty lot strewn with rubbish, not much that the hotel could do to improve • The shower pressure was inconsistent, alternating between strong jets and a weak flow at different times of the day, and the showerhead was fixed at a high angle, which could be inconvenient for shorter guests. • The pool area had a damp, musty smell, and while we were told at check-in that the swimming pool was closed, we did notice some guests using it in the evenings. It wasn’t a very inviting space. Despite these areas for improvement, the standout feature of this hotel was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was courteous, warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their attentiveness and hospitality easily surpassed that of many five-star properties. All in all, if you can look past the unimpressive exterior and a few minor issues, this hotel offers a very comfortable stay with top-tier service in a prime location. it is excellent value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again—just don’t let first impressions fool you.

Can you imagine a comfortable bed in prison. Dont imagine stay at the Luxus . Look at the view from my room!! The hotel has no natural light it is a subterranean hole . There is no outside space I actually feel very claustrophobic in this dreadful place. There is nothing redeeming about this hotel including a bizarre indoor pool buried in the hotel. Seriously do not stay here

Nice four star city hotel. Rooms are quite big and well equipped. Breakfast is mainly local, so expect to eat the same food if you prefer western style. Wifi signal is strong all over the hotel property. The negative things are: some rooms are facing the inner courtyard and are a bit loud due to the swimming pool located on the second floor. Also there is limited privacy in those rooms.

Amazing customer service. My daughter was feeling unwell and the customer service staff went above and beyond to help us by calling a physician, who not only provided a phone consult but also made a hotel visit. Staff then followed up the following day to check in on her health. Hotel is very clean and rooms freshened daily. The only downside was the shower in our bathroom leaked due to an incomplete seal of the shower door to the glass frame. All in all a great hotel!

Absolute gem of a hotel near central attractions in Lahore. From the moment we checked in to check out, the staff were extremely pleasant and extremely considerate when it came to handling different types of guests/language barriers. As female travellers we were treated with utmost respect at all times by everyone we came across. Breakfast options are excellent and items are fresh. We ordered room service and I had miscalculated how much I needed to pay but the staff gave me a full breakdown at reception and patiently allowed me to calculate. I would highly recommend this hotel to overseas Pakistanis and foreign travellers in general. Extremely safe and service is excellent.
