It was clean. But they didn’t tell us the building was under renovation and we had to search for the entrance to the stairs for 2nd floor.

Great location other than the usual Florida traffic. Room was clean. House keeping was not running during our stay but they brought us clean towels. front desk clerk was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I loved the staff-so friendly and inviting. They were also eager to help.
I loved the 2 bedroom unit we had..so comfy. The little screened in porch was lovely also.
I also loved how it was convenient to order out (we had a long day and didnt feel like cooking)
The beds were extremely comfy--felt like u were being ****** in a cloud--best sleep i have had in a bit. Very accomodating to my 1 and a half year olds needs (a crib and highchair)

The staff were excellent. They were very responsive and attentive. The value you get is phenomenal. Highly recommend for anyone visiting either short or long term.

Great stay. Spacious apartment, washer and dryer in unit, balcony. Lots of amenities. Close to the Disney parks.

The resort is quite nice. Our room was horrible. When you’re only staying two nights, and you don’t realize that your shower is inoperable, you really don’t feel like missing out on Disney while you change rooms. They surely knew that their shower didn’t even work. The shower pooled two inches of water on the wrong side so you had to step in the freezing cold water. The hot water heater didn’t work well either. Again, the resort is nice. The room was horrible.

Nothing wrong with property except for the fact we were sold a refurbished one bedroom refurbished villa and according to resort they won’t begin refurbishment of these till next year !
