Front desk experience was exceptional! The gentleman at the front greeted me wholeheartedly and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I believe his name was Rodney or something along those lines. He was extremely helpful and got me checked it quickly, efficiently and professionally. Room was clean and fit our needs perfectly with added space needed for a walker. But I would stay again just for the experience at the front desk!

The only issue is from Hotel.com that I have not received a receipt with charges showing my name on the bill.
I need this for expense reimbursement. And Hampton would not provide one due to it being a third-party reservation.

It was good for one night. It seemed nice and first, but it seemed very used & wormed when we arrived to our room. The breakfast was not very good. My husband took a bite & spit it out. Everyone was friendly. We were there a very short time.

The guy checking us in was very friendly.
The pillows on the bed were a joke - little balls and nothing like any pillow I've ever experienced.
The breakfast sausage and potatoes tasted weird. Only took one bite of each and threw the rest away

We had issues with the billing process. We reserved a studio and they gave us regular room. The manager was not available during the stay. At checkout the clerk immediately became argumentative when we asked her to compensate for her mistake. She refused any assistance and stated she couldn’t even see what was reserved.

Clean and well appointed. Friendly staff! Plenty of towels, ice in the ice machine. If only a herd of Buffalo were not staying above my room on the 4th floor it would have been perfect. They were loud and started about 6am
