Hotel was excellent, however there’s no complimentary ev charging, as it’s paid through a third party app. Furthermore, the 2 chargers they do have is not Tesla, you’d need an adapter.

The hotel is worth the price

Check in was quick and staff were friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

All the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality! My family had a relaxing experience; we enjoyed the lobby area for evening snacks and a few spirited rounds of Yahtzee! The new TRU brand is a refreshing addition to the hotel market! Consistently experience in Wisconsin and Texas!

Second Tru location we've stayed at. We like the modern concept because it's simple and clean. This one seems a bit smaller and had fewer options for breakfast. Parking is easy. Only downside was trying to use the pool. I understand it's not the hotels responsibility for guest's kids but we tried to use it while unsupervised kids were running around the pool, cannonballing near us, and spitting pool water at each other. Was able to enjoy when they finally left. Location: A lot of food options around!

The door to our room would not latch when closing. The manager was very nice and got us another room. Unfortunately it was not a handicapped, so it was a little bit of a struggle for me with the shower.

Coffee downstairs not in rooms….Smart Hard surface flooring…Smart Great bedding….Smart No smoking….Smart Great bath soaps, lotions…Smart Quiet hours 10pm-9am….Smart We will stay here everytime we’re in the area in the future. Only negative the pancake machine had the hiccups

almost everything was good, staff was kind, good breakfast, well stocked, nice visuals etc. but the bathroom needed attention in terms of loose faucets and handles.

I am writing this review while currently staying at this hotel. This is my second time staying here. My first visit was great, which is why I decided to book again. The hotel is clean, in a good location, and advertised as dog friendly or so I thought. After being gone for only 20 minutes, I received a call from the hotel saying there was a complaint that my dogs were barking and that if they received another complaint, I would have to come pick them up. First, dogs bark. Second, don’t market yourselves as dog friendly if normal dog behavior is going to be an issue. Third, I paid extra for my dogs to stay here because I wanted them to enjoy a little vacation too. I would gladly bring them everywhere with me, but not every place allows pets. Very disappointing experience this time around.
