We stayed in Lake George for an off season get away from the city. As usual the comfort inn was welcoming and warm. It has everything you want for a short stay. Just one little comment was the room seemed clean as we entered but after moving some stuff around we found a used cup beside the bed and what seemed to be crackers under the pouf. Again the room was clean just not super clean.

This poor hotel, it's just old and showing her age. The room was dingy and we had to do some cleaning when we arrived. We were reserved to have a large family room that was also handicap accessible room but that's not what we were put in. The pool was closed the first few days. The front desk staff one morning was rude and threatening to my husband.

We went off season in Winter. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only odd thing, there was no bureau in the room. Would have been nice to have drawers to put away small items that don’t go in a closet.

The people who work there were all really polite and friendly. Our room was clean and pretty spacious and I like that there was a little counter with a coffee machine and fridge. The breakfast was much better than I expected. They had hot eggs and hot sausage and hot home fries and then they had two stations that you could make fresh waffles and they had some random pastries and yogurt and cereal and stuff as well. Parking was easy and they have an overhang and luggage carts which is perfect for people like us who overpack.

We had a good stay here. The only issue I had was that the hot water in the shower did not get too hot. It stayed barely warm

Hotel is always clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and the breakfast is just enough to get you out the door for the morning. And the breakfast area is a nice are to sit with a fireplace. Stop over on our way to New Hampshire and is by the walking path down to Lake George by the Fort. Just the right distance to walk up into town and back. If late, you can walk up the main street.

Property could use a little updating. Toilet ran the whole stay. Heater in the room is very loud when running, found used tissues under the nightstand. Otherwise great stay. Staff was exceptional

Beautiful hotel. Stayed here before and had to come back. The spa and pool are wonderful and breakfast is too. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is quiet but easy access to all the Lake George has to offer.

Upon arriving, the staff greeted me warmly. The check in process was quick and painless. The staff offered several solutions/options to my questions.
The room was clean and well designed. The tv signal was strong with clear image and sound.
The bathroom was spotless and had unlimited hot water while showering.
I liked that the room had USB charging ports on both sides of the bed.
Overall, the hotel stay was comfortable and moderately priced.
A special thanks to the staff who were great at their jobs.
