Lovely spring getaway spot - comfortable lodging, friendly front desk staff and the location was ideal for visiting local sites The unit was comfortable & spacious - we enjoyed the peace & quiet and watching the nature in the area

The facility is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and equally helpful. But is not a 5 star stay because the facility is dated. It was clean and not worn out, but to be 5 star it needs to be remodeled. That said because it was clean and the staff was great I would stay again.

Very friendly place, the view of the lake is beautiful. I had side by side condos very clean. Came in the winter so very little company around. Appliances could use an update, definitely need better pillows and mattress was decent. We enjoyed our week with the family.

We really liked the huge jacuzzi tub it had. It had a beautiful view of the lake, and place where you could sit outside and soak up the view! The bed was comfy, and the living area was nicer than the pics on the website. We definitely will stay here again if we have the chance!

Had a great time, but the stay was too short, May have to book 2 weeks next time. We had so much fun exploring the area and visiting the different crystal digging spots. Lots of food and retail shops. The Wharf Resort was a nice location on a lake and had different activities. A waterfall and pool, fishing and restaurants were all nearby.

The accommodations and location are wonderful very convenient to all we wanted to do in Hot Springs.
The issue we had was the advertising of the property, from the pictures displayed I expected a balcony overlooking the lake. We had a room on the bottom floor of the back building and while you could look between buildings to see the lake- there was no porch/deck looking into the lake.
Minor disappointments - no coffee for overnights we had to run to Walmart - no internet access. I texted the office twice to ask but never heard from them- you cannot check in until 4, but the office closes at 4, so out of luck if you have any questions.
Would not return or recommend this resort.

Older resort could see where they had completed some renovations. Condo was roomy and well furnished. Only complaint was a/c didn’t cool very well first night but was taken care of next day. Is was a good stay for the price. Will stay again
