I am most concerned with the carpet which is extremely old and rippling. The window has a crack in it. The curtains were broken.
It doesn’t look like it has been updated since it was built.

Didn’t have any soap or shampoo in shower. The side door to use to take dogs out did not work for the entire stay, we notified staff shortly after we arrived. Only had decaf coffee in room first morning. Temperature control is difficult

The room was dirty. Could not use the shower. The bathtub was full of hair and dried paint. Toilet roll was rusted and falling off. Carpet dirty. No remote for the tv. Could not call front desk because the phone in the room had no cords. Coffee was cold and old

Very clean room, the indoor pool was warm and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, only downside was the fire alarm going off randomly but it was quickly fixed

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly. We didn’t catch her name but she worked 12-8-23, the 3-11pm shift… she was so nice and helpful. The place is clean maybe could use some updating but was good

Hard to find front desk manager. Very limited breakfast items. There was no milk available for one day morning breakfast. There were lot of pets allowed and cleanliness was very poor due to that.

The SAGGY carpet the Rotted black out shades a nice touch, not to mention the worst breakfast EVER!
