very nice dorm experience ,I often choice stay at there When I was in Tekapo.

The location and service are good. There are very thin, see through curtains on the bottom bed but nothing on the top bed. There are no bed lights. The kitchen is clean, but no sandwich maker.

Very nice location, good for relaxing, 1 km from town center, but so close to the lake by just crossing the street. I would love to stay longer next time. If you reach late at night, it’s better to contact hotel in advance and ask for map and photos of your room location before. I arrived very late at night from Christchurch (changed transit flight from Auckland). It took me awhile to understand the map, room location and where to park. It was just 1 day after new moon. So, it was very dark. It’s hard for me to figure out the scale of the place and I didn’t see the small cabin at the back from the street.

I love the place. Staying here was very comfy, and great. Everything is great, especially the view. Seriously, this is the best stayed I ever experienced.
