Prince of Wales Motel

We come to the area for a business purpose, we was to tired, looking for something affordable in today’s economy. Omg how this place it’s open!!!! Who it’s the owner. It’s the worst place I ever been. I didn’t even shower, and the best part was the beds not change, you can see how the sheets are was used, hair wrinkled and much more. I’m glad I had with me two big blankets that we cover the pillows and bed to have a least 5 hrs sleep. Once again how this place it’s open I don’t understand 😫😫🙄

AC was leaking water so I slipped and fell the room was infested with roaches the property refuses to give me a refund

Roaches,even found a piece of a blunt just sitting on the table under the tv, mirror is broke in bathroom. Shower is dark with no lighting. You book on this app for online pricing and this is now the second time they didn’t honor the online booking. They also come knocking on ur door at 9:30 am and tell u 10:30 check out when the papers say 11am checkout. Women told me last time I stayed she would discount my stay next time and didn’t this time. Why are they online for cheaper prices if they won’t honor it. I’ll be staying else where next time.

There was an issue with the first room so they had to move us to another room

The AC was cold, the bathroom dirty, water was hot. Micro wave brokand taped to work

Bare minimum basic. Rundown outside, needs a swerping of cigarette butts, etc off the sidewalk. Inside was okay. Checkin was a runaround, from 1 building to another to another. But wifi worked, and it was not noisy.

It was nasty there was roaches and it was just dirty

Room is clean staff friendly

terribly old and dated hotel. no coffee in rooms or available in lobby. very noisy from nearby highway
