The hotel was perfectly fine for what I needed. The location was near Applebees and some other amenities and next to the I4. Two mornings they ran out of coffee. The pool was nice.

The property was undergoing a full paint job. Everything was still accessible. Everyone on staff was very nice. breakfast was also really good and fresh.

First, I want to say, the lady at the front desk was amazing and tried her best to be very helpful. But the hotel double charged me plus charged me for the deposit and couldn’t figure out how to fix their mistake. They left me without the money I had budgeted for the trip because it is now tied up in fraudulent hotel charges. This continues to be a huge issue causing problems with our trip.
In addition, we were put in one of the renovated rooms, but there are no curtains, and the bright lights shining in the window made it seem like daylight all night long. Not super important, but the TV is so tiny you can’t really watch it laying in bed. And the noise from the highway is so loud you kind of need it. Overall, it was not a great experience and we stay in a lot of hotels. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

Rehab during biz hrs scaffolds blocking doorways paint splatter from workers painting overhead ... water in shower lukewarm at best

An average hotel. Coffee maker with out pot. Dirty carpet and desk that is all scratched with ripped edges. Mirror frame falling apart. Rusted door frame. In one word very dated room that needs immediate improvement. I understand that things might be old but dirt is not acceptable.

This is a okay hotel. The beds were a bit "used/ dirty" witha very thin bed sheet. It was kind of gross. The hotel is doing some constructions so the rooms (3rd floor) were dusty. The breakfast was very poor, very little fruit, no options of non dairy and no water either. The receptionist was very nice and cordial.

I paid a $2.00 fee at checkin with cash. I now have been charged two 2.00 fees on my credit card? Why?? When we checked out the lady said that she can't credit but would tell the person that can credit and would take care of it.. As of today Friday October 27 the two fees have not bedn credited back..
The beds were vary hard and couldn't sleep!!! This is an older hotel and it shows in msny ways.... wouldn't stay here again!!!

I had made reservations to have a shower.
The young man that checked me in said that the room had a shower. Only to find out it was a tub. When I told him all he said was oh well.
