This hotel boasts an excellent location right by the sea, with the pier and boat tours just a short walk away. The surroundings are beautiful. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and spotlessly clean, including outdoor BBQ grills and a kitchen, perfect for steaming and cooking freshly caught seafood. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; knowing we were there for crabbing but didn't have equipment, they kindly lent us baskets and buckets and even helped us check the tide times. It was such a warm and welcoming gesture! 🥰 This well-equipped motel is definitely worth recommending for a holiday.

The owner is Chinese and speaks slowly and kindly. The bedding is comfortable and the hygiene is good. They even lent us crab-catching tools! There's a shared kitchen with complete utensils. Sichuan and Chongqing folks can buy some oil and stir-fry crabs here – there's a powerful wok perfect for stir-frying. We had the most satisfying meal here! We would definitely choose to stay here again.

First entrance to the room, can smell the fish / seafood which make uncomfortable. Then the air conditioner is not working for cool or heat, the person in charge unable to fix it but only with fan only. Was informed night time surrounding would be cool, so fan at night is enough. Not really acceptable but no choice.

Very convenient location

Reception stayed late so I could check in. Was very happy about that.

The location is excellent, right by the lake. The staff will inform you about the town during check-in; it's mainly a restaurant street, with a viewpoint very close to the sea at the end. The staff speaks Chinese, it's run by Chinese people, parking is free, and there are plenty of parking spaces. There are many people setting crab traps in the area.

This accommodation is run by Hong Kong people, so they understand their guests' needs very well, resulting in thoughtful amenities in the rooms. While the accommodation appears to be somewhat old-fashioned, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The surrounding area is conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, making daily needs easy to meet.

Lake Entrance is a truly beautiful, peaceful, and laid-back town, only about half an hour's drive from Koala Island. If you're staying here, I highly recommend visiting Koala Island. The ferry for people is free, but the car ferry costs $15 per vehicle. The island is beautiful, and wild koalas are everywhere. It's just a shame I didn't see any kangaroos.

We arrived at the hotel after 1 a.m. We had contacted the hotel staff beforehand and left the key under the doormat, which was very convenient. Opening the door to the balcony in the morning revealed a beautiful view; the location was excellent. We made our own breakfast in the courtyard in the morning, which was very relaxing.

The environment is great, very quiet at night, and the room is very clean. Bowls, plates, and forks are provided. It's right by the lake, and the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!

A delightful surprise on our road trip, the charming town of Lakes Entrance was perfect. Our motel was conveniently located on a peninsula between the inner and outer lakes, with easy access to all the amenities. Upon check-in, the owner was incredibly welcoming, showing us the town's attractions on a map. Our lake-view room offered a stunning view of the inner lake, which was absolutely chill.

I stayed at four motels along the way, and this was my favorite. The room was a nice, cozy size, with a lake view outside; sitting at the door was very relaxing. It was a bit far from restaurants, but overall, I highly recommend it.
