I’ve never reviewed a hotel before, but couldn’t let this go without spreading the word. I arrived after dark and noticed a musty smell in my room. Upon seeing it in the light of day, I saw there is significant mold on the walls. When I approached the front desk about this, he was quite dismissive about it and even started helping another customer in the middle of our exchange. As someone who works in property restoration, I know how significant this is and am very glad I didn’t have my kids or wide with me. The hot tub shut off every couple of minutes (more quickly than a normal hot tub), and none of the other settings worked on it. The pool is just fine. I cannot comment on any other aspects of the hotel, as I did not use them. I chose this hotel because this was a last minute trip and there were few affordable ($175 with fees!!??!!!) options left and took a chance even though I am not a fan of the brand. I will not make that mistake again.

Our room was Not very clean, they had limited and mostly unhealthy breakfast options, and there was a MOUSE in the pool!! The Ice machine was also broken during our stay. Very disappointed- we do not recommend and we will not be staying here again.

It was a place to stay during bad weather, and it had a shower and a bed that were adequate, so I guess I should be happy with that. So overpriced though. I guess you're paying for the location. The hotel was not busy, but the lady at the check in desk put me in a 2nd floor room, and apparently there is no elevator, so I had to drag my luggage up and down the stairs (this was an unexpected stay coming back from the airport from another trip, so it was a big suitcase.) The "breakfast" was very mediocre mostly prepackaged stuff. It's just kind of a small, dark, drab, dated hotel. This is the 2nd Choice hotel I've stayed at this year that has been not too great, so I'm going to quit choosing this hotel brand.
