Snow House Buriram ★★★
"The room was small and clean, but the towels were dirty, with black stains on them. I had just finished showering and used the towel to dry my face without noticing, and I accidentally touched it hard. We had booked the wrong hotel for that day. We didn't realize it until we checked in. The staff told us, "You're staying for two nights, but you didn't stay the previous night. You only have one night left." We were shocked, but the hotel offered no assistance whatsoever. We asked if we could change the dates, and they said no. We received no help, no notification, and they didn't even ask what time or day we would arrive to confirm our arrival. 😢"
