Easy Hotel

This hotel has an elevator, which is a big plus! It's located just off the main road, but it's not noisy. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is provided, with simple but tasty options that are filling enough. As other reviews mentioned, the staff aren't overly enthusiastic. The female staff in the afternoon did smile, though she didn't offer any recommendations or engage in conversation. The male receptionist at night didn't greet me at all, but I don't really mind – I wasn't there to chat. The reasonable price and comfortable room were what truly mattered!

Pros: The room was new, clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities. The location is excellent, right on the main road, making it easy to call a Grab. You can also walk to the Friday night market, which is about 700 meters away. The hotel includes free breakfast. The area around the accommodation is quiet and not chaotic. Cons: I wish there were more hangers, as only two were provided, which is too few and inconvenient. The hotel doesn't have a safe, so if you have valuables, you might need to carry them with you. The soundproofing isn't great; you can clearly hear people walking by or talking. Suggestions: I'd like to see the staff have better service mind. They weren't smiling, didn't offer any welcome or greeting, and instead chatted among themselves. They didn't even tell me which floor my room was on; they just checked me in, handed me the key, and said breakfast starts at 6 AM, which was confusing, so I had to ask. They also didn't provide any information about the Wi-Fi or its password, though luckily I found it in the room. When I arrived in the morning and asked to leave my luggage, they seemed reluctant. Overall, I hope they improve in this area.

The place was spotless. Though simple in design, it felt spacious and airy, making it perfect for relaxation. The white building itself was quite striking.
