We had not stayed here since Feb. 2019 and we enjoyed another stay here visiting family in Platteville. Julie and her staff are all so pleasant and efficient!! Will and Neveah were at the desk when we arrived early but a room wasn't ready, so Neveah called us a little later when it was ready. Breakfast was some order and served and some do yourself, but Vonda and Sandy were excellent for our breakfasts there! The stairwells were carpeted and clean and we loved the underground parking! And it's always nice to have a safe in the room.
