CCarlosExcellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan. I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

GGuest UserHilton's high-end brand, service, decoration, and sanitation are all very good, not to mention the scenery. Every staff member is very warm and polite. One night, two colleagues from the concierge department, Clark and Allen, helped to buy things from the canteen outside. The concierge The colleagues in the department are all very nice, including Jack. The colleagues in the catering department are also very nice. 4 days and 3 nights went by too fast. I will definitely book Conrad when I go to Jiuzhaigou in the future.

EeddyThe hotel is very new and modernly equipped. It even has voice activated AC, music, alarm clock, etc. But you have to speak Chinese to Xiao Ai Tongxue (the voice activated device's name, like Siri in iPhone). I would say Yushe Yunshan is a 4* or 4,5* hotel at most. However, the hotel does offer pick up/delivery from/to the bus station and from/to Jiuzhai scenic areas. The front desk staffs and drivers were all very friendly and helpful, although they don't speak English. But of course we can use Google translate to communicate with them.

GGuest UserThe B&B I stayed in was really great! The scenery around the B&B was super beautiful. When I woke up in the morning and saw the beautiful scenery of the mountains, my mood became better. It snowed these two days, and the mountains and forests in front and behind the B&B were covered with white snow, and the clouds and mist were like a fairyland! I also like the design of the room, which is simple but not simple, and feels very warm. Moreover, the room facilities are also very complete, and the cleaning is also very clean, which is very comfortable to live in. What touched me most was that we braved the wind and snow to rush to the B&B that day. The ground was frozen and the road was blocked for five hours. The staff had already turned on the floor heating for us. At one o'clock in the morning, the room was warm and very comfortable. In short, this B&B is really good. Whether it is the environment, hygiene or service, I am very satisfied. Highly recommended to friends who are going to Jiuzhaigou!

GGuest UserHotel was very close to the JZG park so you do not need to wake up too early to travel there! Food options nearby are pretty decent too! There was a sauna and hot spring that we didn’t get a chance to use. Breakfast was not 5* but was decent enough! Will definitely recommend for people coming to JZG!

GGuest UserThis hotel was absolutely fine considering it's purpose as somewhere close to the scenic spot, however I expected more from the Hilton name. When we arrived, we came with two Chinese friends who had separate rooms (so three rooms total). There were three staff on reception but instead of doing all three room check-ins at once, we had to wait. Then, the staff immediately spoke to my Chinese friends about our booking, completely ignoring us (foreigners). I've lived in China for four years, I've managed to book myself into every hotel up to now and found them quite rude. Even my Chinese friends said they were rude for doing this. The hotel room is nice and clean but once again, the hotel feels quite basic considering it's Hilton. The gym is small but usable however children come in and play in there. The breakfast is fine. Overall, the hotel is okay but if I was here again I'd probably consider elsewhere.

GGuest UserA good option for Jiuzhai I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention Pros: - Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets - The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡 - Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception. - The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. - The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful. - They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier. Cons: - The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime. - As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣 - The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

GGuest UserThe location of this inn is literally in the centre of the town, which provides easy access to restaurants (for ******* food and BBQ, can ask for recommendations from the inn owner Xiao Bi or Mr Feng) and the most famous show ”Jiu Zai Qian Gu Qing” (highly recommended even if you can't speak Chinese)(15 mins walk). Although it is a bit distant from the national park entrance (10 mins driving distance), the owner Mr. Feng offered free transportation taking us there and picking us up. The owners were really friendly and helpful. There is an in-house restaurant which serves local specialties such as highland beef hotpot and wild mushroom free range chicken hotpot. The home-made honey yogurt barley wheat bread was super delicious. We had to leave early for a bus back to Chengdu (7.45am), Xiao Bi made an effort to get up early to cook us noodles for breakfast. Beautiful scenery around the Inn. The inn was converted from a traditional ******* property. The rooms were decorated and furnished in a Chinese style and each bed comes with its own panda. The inn provides disposable towels every day, which is probably not everyone's cup of tea, as they are quite small if you have long hair, but there is a hair dryer available. This inn is for people who like to enjoy the slow pace of life in the Highlands (you can't rush physically as you could easily get out of breath due to low oxygen levels) and who like social interaction with other travellers and inn owners. The owners are not English speaking but they have no problems communicating with non Chinese speakers using a translation app.

GGuest User[Geographic location]: 95 points. It is a 10-minute walk from the entrance of the ditch. It is convenient to hail a taxi at the door for 10 yuan. The most concentrated and lively shopping/dining/accommodation area in the ditch. The lights are bright at 23:00 late at night, and the rice noodle shop downstairs is open at 6:00 in the morning. Don't worry about breakfast/midnight snacks, even Luckin Coffee next door can use group purchase coupons😍 [Hygiene]: 80 points. In terms of the cost-effectiveness of the room rate, I personally think it is really good. Especially when the plateau is not suitable for showering, it is really recommended! I booked a parent-child room. Anyway, I only sleep for one night and stay in the scenic area during the day. The room space is enough, the bathroom has 24h hot water for washing face, there are disposable towels and toothbrushes, and the bedding is dry and tidy. But to be honest, it can't be compared with chain brand hotels like All Seasons. You get what you pay for, just be calm. [Service awareness]: 98 points! We came to Jiuzhaigou Huanglong with the elderly and children. We arrived at 23:00 on the first day and left at 6:10 on the third day. I communicated with the front desk by phone in advance, so the lady was very helpful and drove to the Moon Bay through bus meeting point every time. It's estimated to be a 10-15 minute walk, but the store's thoughtful pick-up really helped a lot. Thank you!
